Customer Reviews
- Julian· April 10th, 2025The tour was good I wished we had more time to see Manchester and Londonderry. The itinerary was good but didn’t like the ghost tour extra a lot of people didn’t enjoy the person giving it. The guy giving the ghost tour was not the regular person contiki uses though.Show more
- Megan· April 8th, 2025Jacob was the best tour guide!Show more
- Bridie· April 8th, 2025The trip crams all the best sights and scenes of Great Britain and Ireland into 18 days with highlights being exploring the streets of Edinburgh and partying the night away in Dublin and Belfast. Jacob gave the trip a special flair with his witty humour, comprehensive knowledge of the history of the areas we travelled to as well as his overall enthusiasm for travel. He made a special effort to connect with each of the travellers individually to ensure their experience was positive. Having an enthusiastic, smiling ball of energy at the front of the coach each morning made the experience that much more enjoyable.Show more

Asked on February 5th, 2023Could you please advise if this traveler 40 years old is able to join the tour?
- ContikiOperator•Written February 2023
Unfortunately, we cannot allow this traveller on this trip as we are strict with our 18-35 year old policy. If the traveller has done trip with us in the past before they turned 35, they are welcome to join one of our Reunion trips which are for travellers aged 35-45. However, they cannot join those trips if they are not a returning Contiki traveller. Otherwise, the other brands under the TTC umbrella may be suitable for them as they are open-aged.

- ContikiOperator•Written March 2022
Day 1 is a travel day. You will be meeting in Dublin at your starting hotel, often the Mespil Hotel (50-60 Mespil Rd, Dublin 4, D04 E7N2, Ireland). Meeting time is approximately 6:00pm in the hotel lobby. Evening includes an orientation walking tour and optional dinner. Day 2 features Saint Patrick's Day parade in downtown Dublin. Day 3 includes Guinness Storehouse visit, Trinity College, Monument of Light, Parnell Square and St. Stephen's Green. Optional evening pub experience available. Day 4 is a travel day with no included sightseeing.
