Kelsey· October 16th, 2025Small group is the way to go and Rabbie’s delivered. The bus was comfortable, the guide knowledgeable and the overall experience was one I won’t soon forget.Show moreTrip date: September 2025- JWJames· September 30th, 2025Sandra, our tour director was amazing, being a local, she was well informed, helpful and very kind. The sites were all wonderful, even when the weather did not fully cooperate. I would recommend it to anyone looking to see the beautiful country of Ireland in a 5 day trip. The accommodations were very nice, the van was comfortable. Want to go back and do it again.Show moreTrip date: September 2025
Julia· September 30th, 2025Excellent tour, learnt a lot about Ireland’s history as well as contemporary information thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Colm. Saw some amazing scenery and heard fascinating stories about people living on the islands. Plus we were fortunate enough to have perfect weather!Show moreTrip date: September 2025- PTPHAIK KEONG· September 27th, 2025Overall tour was great with great driver cum tour lead Ten! It is just the price of the tour is way too expensive in terms of overall value. Thank youShow moreTrip date: September 2025
- JGJenna· September 25th, 2025We had a wonderful time on our tour of Ireland! Our guide Matthew was a wealth of information. He had a great playlist featuring Irish artists and he was really funny. We lucked out and had plenty of sunshine which made the tour extra special. There were 11 of us + Matthew, and that was a good size. We met some lovely people, saw incredible scenery, and had excellent food. If you can get in to see the Celtic Steps in Killarney, do it! Thanks to Rabbies Tours for a fantastic trip!Show moreTrip date: August 2025
- PBPatricia (Pattie)· September 17th, 2025A comprehensive and enjoyable tour covering a lot of history, scenery and key locations. Good value for money. RecommendedShow moreTrip date: August 2025
- KSKathleen· September 6th, 2025Killian was our driver/guide. He shared Irish history and fun Irish folklore as we travel through the country side. He brought us by sight that were near by but not on the itinerary which was a bonus.Show moreTrip date: August 2025
Susan· September 1st, 2025This experience cured me of the travel bug. Never again. The most "memorable" part, sadly, was the constant stream of profanity from our tour bus driver/guide. He seemed quite knowledgeable of the various site's history and legends, but would then tell us it was all #*&%(@&*@* nonsense. He also drove like a maniac over extremely narrow, bumpy terrain. My companion's smart watch registered 90 minutes of vigorous exercise from our seat at the back of the bus on just one leg of the trip. This would have been fun when I was a child, but as a senior adult, not so much. As for the tour, your information pages state that "entry fees to visitor attractions unless specified" are not included in the package price. That's fine except you do not say that some places require electronic payment, some places require cash and some places require coin only payments. The driver spoke very quickly and gave dining recommendations at various stops in the middle of other information and would say, "give them a google and make reservations", then carry on at rapid fire pace and expect us to remember all of it! When we returned to the bus one morning he asked if we'd brought the maps that he'd given us on the day before, and then cussed us all when none of us remembered him telling us to bring the map. I could go on. One last thing, I did not expect to see all of Ireland in 5 days, but I did expect to have a bit more time that 5 - 10 minutes for a "pop out for a photo and on we go". Perhaps fewer stops with a few more moments to breath between rollercoaster rides would be better. The saving grace of a bad experience is that it makes a much better story than a good one. Must find the rainbow in all things.Show moreTrip date: August 2025
Brenda· August 16th, 2025It was an excellent trip. Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. Liked the add on options that were available. Good pace and food stops. Accommodations were great. It hit the highlights but made one realize you probably need a return trip to cover sites fully! Loved having someone else handle driving and finding parking.Show moreTrip date: August 2025- MMaggie· August 4th, 2025This was a great experience. Our drive and guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and connected all that we saw from 9000 BCE to modern day Ireland. Fascinating. The accommodations were so nice and recommendations for eating were always good. Thank you.Show moreTrip date: July 2025

Traveler•Written May 2025What is your policy in the event they need to change the dates?
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written June 2025As a guideline, we recommend that you're able to: Walk short distances (at least 2.5 km at a time) to reach and explore viewpoints, town centres or attractions. Navigate uneven terrain, hills, and stairs. Climb on and off the mini-coach independently, several times a day. Lift and carry your own luggage for short periods (e.g. to and from your accommodation).
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written June 2025We require 23 days notice for date amendments or cancellations.

Asked on May 27th, 2025Is the sheep dog demonstration available on this tour? What hotels are available for this tour? How crowded is the bus when it's full? Is it uncomfortable when full? Truthfully please.
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written May 2025As for your questions, we do not offer tours containing any sheepdog demonstrations. We usually book either hotels 3*, located centrally at each location, or B&Bs, for the more cosy, local atmosphere. Both accommodation types are always booked with breakfast included, either cooked or continental. Regarding our buses, we travel in 16-seater Mercedes mini-vans. Personally, I find them quite comfortable for shorter tours, and a bit stuffy on longer trips. However, the good thing about our tours, are the frequent stops, allowing passengers not only to stretch their legs, but also to grab a wee snack, go for a cup for tea, or snap a few stunning photos.

Asked on May 18th, 2025Why no photos of hotels and locations? Where are travel place photos? i do not want to book a travel accounts unless I see where i'm traveling i.e hotels , b&B, pubs and locations
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written May 2025You should be able to see a few pictures of some of the locations you will visit on the Tourradar website. In terms of accommodation, we have a number of different suppliers we work with on this tour and we book for you depending on availability on your chosen travel dates. This tour spends 1 night in Galway and 3 nights in Killarney. Some example hotels include Ashgrove Guest House, Desota House B&B, Western Hotel, Hyde Hotel in Galway and Kingfisher Lodge, Ashville B&B, Fairview Hotel, McSweeneys Arms in Killarney. Please note we are not able to guarantee you a certain location as it depends on what is available on your chosen dates.

Asked on April 10th, 2025Are your prices based on single or double occupancy
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written April 2025We can offer you either accommodation options, and the price of the package changes depending on your choice. If you are booking for 1 person we would book you the single room option, and if there are 2 of you then we can book either the double or twin room option. Our prices also change depending on the time of year you want to book.

Asked on April 7th, 2025When booking the hotel option instead of B&B for accommodations, is transportation to and from provided? Or is transportation to and from just provided for B&B.
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written April 2025The driver-guide for your tour will pick you up and drop you off from your accommodation on each day of the tour. This is the same whether you book the B&B or Hotel package.

Asked on March 19th, 2025Do you have scheduled tours? We hope to visit Ireland in the fall. It would just be my husband and me. We were hoping to join a small group. Is this something you offer?
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written March 2025Yes we offer scheduled tours! These are conducted in 16-seater mini-buses led by our experienced driver-guides. All the Rabbie's tours you see on the Tourradar website follow this pattern.
- G
Greg
Asked on March 11th, 2025Do you recommend a B&B stay or a hotel for two adults? Is breakfast included in either?
Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperator•Written March 2025The hotel option is slightly more expensive than B&B option, but both would provide breakfast on the morning of each day. B&Bs tend to be smaller family run guest houses with only a few rooms, whereas Hotels are larger operations usually with a bar and restaurant attached. If you are looking for the highest quality accommodation I would recommend you pick the Hotel option, and if you are looking for a more affordable option you an pick B&B.
