- JJN· June 1st, 2025The tour Rome to Amsterdam was absolutely wonderful. Our family travels on a budget, and this was the best opportunity to experience maximum in a short period of time. Our tour guide Chris Lindner was a great leader, very organized, knowledgeable and personable. He was very helpful with any question anybody had and he tried to accomodate as best as he could. We could tell he loved his job as it’s not easy to make very different people happy while adhering to a very tight schedule. We’d love to be on his tour again. Our coach driver Sebastiano was an amazing driver with legendary skills: it was unbelievable how confidently and precisely he navigated a huge bus on narrow windy roads with busy traffic. He was very helpful, funny and charming. The bus was pristine clean at all times, too. We hope to be on his coach again.Show moreTrip date: May 2025
- JBJadon· May 31st, 2025my tour was one of the highlights to my trip. Was a great way to meet a group of friends while solo traveling. The tour is also very relaxed, so if you want to duck off and do your own thing, that is all good. It was a great way to get to each destination, and the tour guides have great recommendations for things to do in those areas. Ill be doing another for sure.Show moreTrip date: June 2024
- JTJennifer· October 1st, 2024Fantastic experience. Our tour leader Jemma had a great deal of knowledge about the places we visited which made it really interesting. Instructions were clear and activities well organised Our driver Chris did a great job. Overall a really good value way to see a lot in a short time.Show moreTrip date: October 2022
- KTKristi· July 28th, 2024What an amazing trip! We made so many lasting memories to last a lifetime. The tour was fast paced, but we had so many opportunities to take in every detail. We got to see so much in such a short period of time. We loved not having the stress of "how to get there" or "where to stay". The tour guide/driver insured that we arrived safely and provided us with tips, cultural details and history along the way! We wish we had a little more time to explore all the highlights with a couple more free days, but overall, it was amazing. Air conditioning in all the hotels would have also been helpful given the intensity of the heat, but we made it work! Thanks again for this wonderful opportunity! We will definitely do it again and recommend it to our friends and family!☺️🍺🌍Show moreExpat Explore Travel commented on this reviewThank you for your review! - PWPatty· May 16th, 2024Was a fabulous tour. Our guide was amazing. The driver was very talented. I couldn’t imagine driving a car never mind the bus in some of the places he drove. The itinerary was busy packed full of things to see and do. You could opt out if you wanted to do something on your own, which was very, good.Show moreTrip date: April 2024

- Tiffany· December 13th, 2022Our tour guide Steve was great! Incredibly informative and seasoned. Majority of the tour & the tour options were excellent! Wish we had slightly better rooms(quality of room & distance to main sights) even though this was a budget trip. Transportation on coach bus was comfortable enough. Wish we could have taken the train for parts of it to save time on the road & leave more time to venture.Show moreTrip date: October 2022

Asked on April 5th, 2025What is the name of the hotel in Amsterdam for the last day of this tour? If I book this tour I would like to extend my stay in Amsterdam for three nights
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written April 2025
Hotels for each location may vary depending on the departure and please note that we can only share the "Contracted" Hotels info around 90 Days before the departure and by that time, it would be under Subject to Change status as Hotel Bookings are done around 30 Days before the tour starts.

Asked on October 14th, 2024Are those prices per person? Incl. €210 or per family?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written October 2024
The price for the Optionals are per person. Yes, they will be available for the group during the tour, and the tour leader will let the group know if any Optional is not offered (due to operator constraints) and another Optional will be offered in it's place.
- R

Asked on August 22nd, 2024Do you have a room for 3 people, including a child under 13? Are there tours departing on 11 or 12 April?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written August 2024
Triple rooms are not offered as many hotel partners cannot accommodate this request. If you have unequal numbers, the remaining traveler will be roomed with another passenger of the same gender. Minors under 18 cannot share with travelers outside their booking group.

Asked on August 12th, 2024I'm not sure this price includes the 2 single rooms? Also I need split payment option
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written August 2024
The price displayed on the website is per traveler sharing a twin-share room. A single supp/private room upgrade for this tour is currently an additional $1374.10 USD per traveler. This will ensure that you have your own bedroom and private bathroom for the entire tour. Kindly note that single supplements are subject to availability.
- B
Bonnie
Traveler•Written August 2024Actually the price for single room is shown at $2059 each for separate single rooms

Traveler•Written August 2024I originally was asking for that as well as the insurance. But I also need the split payment option. Someone was going to call me yesterday or this morning and I did not get a call

Asked on June 2nd, 2024we have 3 adults and wanted to know if 1 double room fits 3 adults? How many beds are in the room and what size are the beds by US mattress sizing such as Twin, Full, or Queen?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2024
three travelers are not permitted to stay in one room with twin beds, this cannot be allowed. Therefore the third traveler would need to either be roomed with a fellow traveler of the same gender or purchase a single supplement. The included accommodations are for Twin-Share Rooms which means 2 Single Beds in each room or a Double Bed but this is subject to availability.

Asked on May 12th, 2024I want to know some of the names and motels that we might stay at.

Our team confirms the Hotels around 60 Days before the tour starts and travelers may reach out to us again within that time frame to know the names of the Hotels for the tour especially the starting hotel.

Asked on April 22nd, 2024Do we need to come a day ahead of the start of tour. Is the Coliseum and Vatican visits are included in the tour. Is a trip to Pisa also included in the tour. Is Grindelwald or Interlaken are included in the tour. One day in Swiss Alps doesn't define where (city) will we spend that day.
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written April 2024
For this tour, you have 2 options. First one is to arrive on Day 1 at 1PM and you can reach out to your Tour Leader to get instructions on how you can catch up with the group since the tour will still be in Rome on that day. Second Option is to arrive a day early so that you can join the tour on Day 1 at the specified time, but you will have to make your own arrangements in booking the accommodations on this day as the included Accommodations on the tour will start on Day 1. Vatican and Colosseum visits are not included on this tour and most customers would choose to make arrangements from their end to visit those sites on Day 2 which is a Free Day. This Tour does not visit Pisa. The Swiss Alps Leg of this tour will have a first stop over in Lucerne and then head on the Jungfrau Region and the accommodations will be in Wilderswil.
