- WWilfredo· August 3rd, 2022The accommodations were subpar, even found mice in my bed at a campsite and at another a monkey came in and wrecked our luggage. They filled up the Jeeps to the point you couldn’t even stand to enjoy the safari (particularly the Tanzania portion). Additionally, they misrepresented this trip on the phone to me as a full trip rather than two in one. If they had told me, I would have done one leg and something else as I was originally booked on the Southern Africa 21 day trip which included a lot more than safaris. Not only was this more expensive but not what I was looking for and was never told prior to booking. Upon learning, I left the trip early and was forced to sign a “no refund” paper to get transport to the airport (we were hours from the international airport in the middle of nowhere in a place I did not know the language so it was either sign or get stuck). Spoke with customer service and they did not care and provided nothing. They don’t care about the customer only their money. Travel with another operator. ANINDITA· August 20th, 2021We booked for Kenya and Tanzania for August 1, 2021. G adventures cancelled the tour on June 23, about 35 days to the trip, saying they are not travelling to Kenya/Tanzania until September 2021. But in their web site and in tour rader they are advertising tours for Africa. To top this off, they are not even refunding my deposit. They did the same to someone called Henri, who wrote a review in tour rader.
