The tour covered almost all important attractions that Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Oman, Sharjah offer and the complete program was carefully planned considering each and every minute detail. We visited Dubai Creek, Jumeirah area, Global village, Jumeirah beach, Gold Souq, Dubai Marina, Atlantis-The Palm Jumeirah and Dubai desert camp during our Desert Safari. When preparing our trip to Dubai we had a lots of unknowns with respect to flights, visa, local culture and customs in U.A.E. On confirmation grayline Travel provided us 3-4 pages of very useful information and itinerary, do's and don'ts that included everything we thought about and beyond. During our communications we were in touch with Agent and contacted him many times by email and on phone before the start of tour, we must admit he is very patient, responsive and prompt. During our tours in Dubai our guides and local representatives were very friendly and professional. They not only provided guidance during the tour but also took care of everything else like a sim card, charger, best deals on shopping, places to eat (we were a vegetarian lot) etc. Our drivers for both the sightseeing tours and desert safari were very experienced and good at there work. uae,oman visit was complete tour for six of us but all the time we felt very safe and were looked after very well. We have wonderful memories with everyone we met during our holiday in Dubai like, Kaushal our local assistant and guide and our driver samak. The only improvement would be to: - educate about basic pricing for most purchased items (Gold was explained, but e.g. a Thawb outfit price should be closer to 100 Dirham and not over 200 Dirham - give some hints what good prices for customers are). - hence the routing would make more sense in the other direction (for shopping less expensive first instead of most expensive). The visit to the Sheik Zayed mosque, palaces, art gallery and date market were great! The buffet meal provided during the tour was reasonably priced and tasty. I would definitely go on this tour again. Take cash and stick to a budget if you plan to buy anything at the art galleries - they are very persuasive and would make you buy all the stuff in them!
