- AAnonymous· August 29th, 2023Fantastic tour overall. The coach was comfortable and the hotels generally were good considering the remoteness of the regions. Day 2 on the cruise to Valdez was a standout with glaciers and wildlife to enjoy. Suggestion: After 5 days on the road, an extra night in Dawson would be great. Currently you arrive late and leave early - so Dawson is two nights but really only 1 day. The tour follows the Goldrush trail and this is the climax. with lots to do (or not). Also, travelling days on the coach either side are very long. It would provide options for rest, washing clothes and/ or more activities. Other feedback for some of your hotel partners, is to consider vision impairement aspects, like print size and colour contrast on labels and signs. Also saftey on stairs - top of steps should have a contrast colour. My only criticism would be that because meals are not included (which I prefer) could Cosmos ensure that all accommodation has a fridge. We require full COVID-19 vaccination of all guests through the end of 2022. Full vaccination for ages 12 and up must be completed at least 14 days prior to tour start date. Children 11 and under require proof of a negative COVID test. All guests must show proof of vaccination on arrival.
