Super trip! 1 to 1 support with a great tour guide and bus driver. It was only initially unclear to me that a new tour guide was responsible for us every day, as I am usually used to having 1 guide for the whole trip, but ultimately very pleasant. The destinations were well planned and interesting!

The trip was well organised and had some flexibility which we liked. The tour guides were very knowledgeable of the sites we visited. The activities we did were really enjoyable to say the least. We had such great and memorable time in Thailand. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Thailand.

Everything on the itinerary was delivered, some according to the itinerary that was supplied, some were not quite as written. Seems Prestigo Asia does not place a high value on communication with it's customers. We did not hear from Prestigo Asia Travel Company the entire time we were in Thailand except when we asked them to locate our late driver for an excursion and even then all we heard was that they would check with the driver and then there was no follow up. Our tour ended on Feb.18 2025 and we have still not heard a word from them, (it is Mar 1st Today). We stayed on in Thailand after the tour and declined a ride to the airport at the end of our tour so we did not hear from them then. The last communication we received from Prestigo was on Feb.12 2025 (day 6 of our 12 day tour). In fact the only contact with Prestigo was initiated by us both times. Some excursions are better than others. PHANG NGA BAY TOUR - times are supplied in the itinerary they are not even sort of close. Picked up late driven across town and dropped off at the pier, you hundreds of others, then you are told to go here and stand there and pose for pictures and have coffee back inside. All seemingly unorganised chaos. Finally onto a "luxury" boat, our definitions of luxury vary by quite a bit. Onto a boat that you cannot see out of. Long story short this was our least favorite activity. Spend the day at an Elephant Rescue Park - Is really a sort of half day, you are picked up after breakfast and returned just after lunch. Flight time from Chiang Mai to Phuket was ridiculous and not one most anybody on holiday would choose. 4AM hotel pick up for a 6:25Am flight landing at 8:30AM. We asked for early check in to be arranged but nothing came of it. We asked Prestigo very early on if they could help us with some other arrangements in regards to hotels and transportation for after our tour and while we were told they could help they did not come through for us and we made other plans exclusive of them. We read on the Prestigo touradar page they usually respond within 2 days but we found this not to be the case at all. We waited for responses 8 times - 3 times it only took 1 day - twice it took 3 days - once it took 4 days another time it took 5 days and the worst was a full 7 days for them to respond to us. Buyer Beware - We didn't feel the support was there for us. We would not travel with Prestigo again.

We really enjoyed our tour of Thailand. We picked this tour, as it focused on three major areas: Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. It was good to be in the same hotel for a number of days and not have to move often. We had time to explore in the evenings and experience the wonderful, welcoming Thai culture. The tours from Bangkok were great. We really enjoyed our guide, Yut, and our driver, Mr. Chai. Chiang Mai was fun to explore and the visit to the elephant park was a real treat! Phuket was lovely, although the beaches were very crowded. PrestiGo Asia really looked after us and took care of all the details! It was a great trip!

Our Thailand tour was amazing. It was the perfect mix of guided tour days and free days. Our favorite things were Phuket’s atmosphere, the Chang Land elephant sanctuary (absolutely amazing) and our Thai cooking class, just to name a few. Our guideds in Bangkok and Chiang Mai were awesome. We can’t wait to visit Thailand again! It’s a beautiful country with wonderful people!

Hotels were disappointing, given that we paid for upgraded accommodations. Support was spotty, ranging from bad (difficulty in getting transportation upon initial arrival) to good (our medical problems were dealt with promptly, including accommodating last-minute changes to scheduled tours) to questionable (hotel in Phuket was changed unilaterally by the tour operator, apparently due to some dispute with a previous guest, but the quality of the changed hotel did not seem any better than the others). Tours were acceptable at best, except for the James Bond Island one, which was awful because of the slooooooow boat, large group (which affecting timing and enjoyment of stops), crappy docking arrangements at the James Bond Island and also at the one with the floating dock that was in disrepair.

This is an action-packed adventure ideal for someone who likes to stay busy. If you're looking to lounge on a beach or simply relax, then this probably isn't the ideal tour for you. Our small group really enjoyed this tour overall. PROS: David/Dat with PrestiGo was really responsive throughout the entire process and really accommodating - even when adding last-minute tours. The tours in Bangkok and the River Kwai excursion were fabulous, as was the down time in Phuket. CONS: We had different tour guides for each day. This made it difficult to get to know any of the guides or really connect. Our group would recommend scrapping the full day in Chiang Mai that included going to the golden triangle and the hill tribe village. Over 14 hours for an excursion is excessive, and we would have preferred a city tour in Chiang Mai. Overall a solid itinerary for someone interested in staying busy and seeing Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket!

I am looking at traveling early December. I am a naturist and will not be traveling with my girlfriend, ir single male. I would like to opt out of your planned lodging in Phuket and stay at a naturist resort near Naiharn Beach. Do you have any recommendations? Would I get a credit/refund on that portion of the planned lodging?

Yes, it's absolutely possible to opt out of the planned lodging in Phuket and arrange your stay at a naturist-friendly resort near Nai Harn Beach instead. There are a couple of well-known naturist resorts in the area that cater to solo travelers and offer a respectful, relaxing environment. I'd be happy to provide you with options or help with the booking, if you'd like. If we remove the included hotel from your package in Phuket, you would receive a credit or price adjustment for that portion of the lodging. The exact amount would depend on the final itinerary and the hotel booked, but I'll make sure the revised cost reflects the change fairly.

Do we have to pay for it all as one or can each couple pay for their own portion yet still remain in the same group?

You can go ahead and book this trip by paying the deposit on one card. The remaining balance can then be paid directly by the other travelers from their end. Once the booking is made, you'll have the option to invite each traveler by setting the specific amount they owe. They can then click on the invite link and proceed with their payments individually.

Does the weather allow to go to the Andamane sea? Do you regullary perform this tour in July-August?

    Tour Details
    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2025

Yes, we do operate tours in the Andaman Sea during July and August; however, please note that this period falls within the southwest monsoon season in Thailand. While the weather can still be pleasant on many days, there may be occasional rain and rougher sea conditions. We always prioritize safety and comfort, so any sea tours are subject to weather conditions at the time. That said, we do regularly organize trips during this season with adjustments when needed, and many travelers still enjoy beautiful experiences.
