The tour starts from day one at 06:00 am and we pick up form your hotel in Tirana. If you arrive one day early we can arrange for your airport pick up and hotel for pre tour on extra charge.

Do you also offer a Tour with Komani, Valbona and Teth?

This three-day adventure is a perfect blend of rural villages, wild nature and a scenic ferry ride. You will experience a serious shot of adrenaline while hiking from Theth to Valbona. We are happy to inform you that we can assist with this tour but please note that this tour on end of May might be subject to weather conditions. With today's global warming you never know what to expect. The trail from Theth to Valbona might be closed due to the snow. If in any case the trail is not doable, please be aware that we will never put you on risk so we will adjust the itinerary of only staying in Valbona instead.

During October we have departures. Temperatures usually range from the mid-teens to low 20s Celsius, while nights can be cooler, often dropping to around 10°C. Rainfall can be more frequent as the month progresses, especially towards the end, so it's a good idea to be prepared for some wet weather. There are hikers during this period of time.

What is the accommodations like on this trip? I am unfamiliar with what a guest house is

Guesthouses are rural/private homes that have been converted for the exclusive use of visitor accommodation. They are owned by the families of the area. They do have basis facilities and amenities.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 7th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2025, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Choose Balkans. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 67 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Choose Balkans will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
