Itinerary
- Day 1AnchorageStart your Alaska journey in Anchorage by arriving at your hotel and getting settled in. If you land early, head over to the Alaska Native Heritage Center to learn about Indigenous cultures in the region. There's a welcome meeting at 6 pm with the group, but your evening is flexible after that. Grab dinner with everyone or check out some of the local bars and live music venues if you're not too tired from traveling. Optional Activities- Visit Alaska Native Heritage Center

- Day 2Anchorage to Denali National ParkHead north on the Parks Highway toward Denali National Park, and keep your eyes open for caribou and other wildlife during the drive. You'll have a picnic lunch with the group along the way, then arrive at the park visitor centre to check out what's planned for tomorrow. Your accommodation for the next two nights is at a charming resort in Denali Park village. The evening is yours to relax, have dinner with the group, or do your own thing. - Meals

- Day 3Denali National ParkGet an early start for the scenic bus tour through Denali National Park on the Tundra Wilderness route. Your driver-naturalist will point out features and share information as you travel to mile 43 of the Park Road. You'll pass through pine forests and see snow-capped mountains with Denali Mountain dominating the view. Watch for moose, caribou, grizzly bears, Dall sheep, and wolves along the way. - Meals

- Day 4Denali Park to TalkeetnaAfter breakfast, drive from Denali to Talkeetna, a small town known for incredible views of Denali and the Alaska Range. Start with a leader-led walk around town to get oriented. The afternoon is yours to do what you want, whether that's hiking, visiting local shops, or asking your leader about other options. This is where mountaineers head out to climb Denali, so there's a lot of character here. Later, join the group for pizza and beer at a local brewpub. - Meals

- Day 5Talkeetna to SewardDrive along Turnagain Arm, which is known for fantastic views of Cook Inlet and the Chugach Mountains. You'll stop at scenic viewpoints to look for Dall sheep on the cliffs and watch for beluga whales in the water. The group will have a picnic lunch at a scenic spot along the way, and then you'll walk to the Exit Glacier viewpoint in the Kenai Mountains. This is part of Kenai Fjords National Park, and you'll stay in Seward for the night. - Meals

- Day 6SewardYou have a free day in Seward to structure however you like. If you want to stay active, hike Mt Marathon or try sea kayaking in the turquoise waters of Resurrection Bay. If you'd rather take it easier, book a wildlife and glacier cruise through Kenai Fjords National Park and let someone else handle the details while you relax and watch for wildlife. Optional Activities- Hiking Mt Marathon

- Day 7Seward to AnchorageDrive back to Anchorage this morning and visit the Alaska Native Heritage Center. You'll learn about the Dena'ina Athabascan tribe and explore the galleries. The centre has a shop where you can pick up art, jewellery, and apparel from local artists if you want to support the community and grab some souvenirs. Check into your hotel, and then the group will head out for a farewell dinner to talk about everything you've done over the past week. - Meals
