Each time I called ,was told that someone would take care of this. Bus driver Glenn and tour guide Clive were great. Mic on bus kept cutting out and the people in the back of the bus could not hear. Would have like to have spent a day in Belfast and seen the Titanic museum ,All that Belfast was just a bathroom break and all I saw of Belfast was the washroom inside City Hall. If we had spent a day in Belfast I, wouldn't been so tried by the time we got to Scotland. Also would have like to have another in York. When we returned to London, somewhere from the time the bus arrived at the hotel till they unloaded the bags and put them on the luggage cart and bought them to the room, the porter broke my bag and the wheel came off. When I reported this to the hotel was told " these things happen", too bad, so sad " have your insurance company buy you a new bag".
