You will just have to carry your daypack on the trek's. Bring one main piece of luggage and a 20-30 litre day sack is recommended. You will need to carry what you need for the day which may include a raincoat, jumper, camera, sun-cream, water and picnic lunch.

However we generally get a good age range so can have travellers in the 20s up to 80s. If you wished to book a single room then there is a supplement of $330 on this departure, or you can book on a twin share basis and share a room with another female traveller.
