For the camping sections of this trip, there are options to upgrade which have private bathrooms inside. This will apply to all campsites apart from the Serengeti where no upgrades will be available but is flagged as a safe spot by the rangers. The shared washrooms are modern eco-friendly sanitary washrooms, and the camping grounds are well-lit.

It means that eight people per day can only see each gorilla family. No one will miss visiting the gorillas because there are so many families.

The only things you would have to consider beyond the shown price would be visa costs, and travel to and from the start and end of the trip. This trip is only available as a basix camping trip. As such, the accommodations are the campsites noted on the itinerary pages.

There will be optional day activities that can be booked and paid for in location that your trip leader will garner expressions of interest for in the days prior; however those listed on the tour page are already built into the itinerary.
