Banff
You'll arrive in Banff at a time that works for you and get settled into your hotel in the Canadian Rockies. Later that evening, join the rest of your group for a welcome dinner where your guide will walk through the week ahead and you'll get to know the other travelers.

- Day 2
Banff
This morning involves an early start to catch sunrise at Moraine Lake where the Ten Peaks reflect in the water. From there, head to Lake Louise for a hike to the Lake Agnes Teahouse (about 3 hours with 400 m elevation gain) through forest and open meadows. In the afternoon, you can choose to go canoeing on Lake Louise or grab tea at the Fairmont Lake Louise if you'd prefer something more relaxed.

- Day 3
Kananaskis Country
You're heading into Kananaskis Country for a moderate hike with a steady climb that gives you ridge or lake views in one of the quieter parts of the Rockies. After finishing the trail, the group will stop at either a cozy mountain lodge to relax or a character-filled ranch where you can have refreshments and experience some regional hospitality.

- Day 4
Icefields Parkway
Today you'll drive along the Icefields Parkway and tackle the Wilcox Pass Trail to the Athabasca Glacier viewpoint (about 3 to 4 hours, 400 m elevation gain). The trail crosses high alpine meadows, and you'll stop at the iconic Red Chairs for photos with glaciers and mountains behind you. On the way back, stop at Peyto Lake to see the striking turquoise water surrounded by rugged peaks.

- Day 5
Banff
Spend this day hiking alpine trails at Sunshine Meadows which you'll reach via gondola and chairlift. You'll walk through expansive meadows, clear lakes, and get views of the surrounding peaks for about 3 to 4 hours. After you head back down to Banff in the afternoon, the group gathers for a farewell dinner to celebrate the week and the friendships you've made.
