- Day 1
Calgary
You'll arrive in Calgary and get your Canadian Rockies adventure started. This evening there's a welcome dinner where you'll meet your Travel Director and the other people on the tour, so it's a good chance to get to know everyone before heading into the mountains.

- Day 2
Lake Louise to Jasper
Your day starts at Lake Louise where you have time to walk around the area and grab lunch whenever you're ready. After that, you'll board a coach for the Icefields Parkway drive, which takes you through some serious mountain country. The route includes stops at Big Bend Viewpoint and Sunwapta Falls so you can step out and take in the landscape. As you head through Jasper National Park, there's a good chance you'll spot bears, elk, and mountain goats along the way. Before reaching Jasper for the evening, you'll stop at Athabasca Falls. You'll be staying in Jasper for the next two nights.

- Day 3
Jasper
The morning in Jasper is relaxed, and if you want there's an optional float trip available. Lunch happens at Maligne Lake Chalet where you can chat with local people and hear some stories. After lunch you'll take a boat cruise on Maligne Lake to see Spirit Island and get views of three glaciers. Wildlife spotting continues throughout the day if you keep your eyes open.

Athabasca Glacier - Banff
You'll ride an Ice Explorer vehicle right onto the Athabasca Glacier with a driver-guide who explains how glaciers work and what's happening to them environmentally. There's time to taste glacier water, and then you'll head to Banff village with a scenic stop at Bow Lake on the way.

Canmore - Banff
A professional coach and a real Canadian hockey player will teach you the game in Canmore. You get fully geared up and step on the ice to learn how Canadians play hockey. Later on you can choose between a helicopter tour or riding the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain for views across six mountain ranges.

Banff
You can start early with an optional trip to Yoho National Park and Moraine Lake if you're up for it. The Valley of Ten Peaks is the focus there, and the scenery makes it worth the morning effort. Later in the day, a Cree Guide meets up with you to share knowledge about buffalo and their sacred meaning to Indigenous peoples. You'll learn how buffalo shaped survival and the relationships between people and the land. After that, gather with other travelers for dinner and toast to the day's experiences together.

Calgary
It's time to leave the Rockies and head back to Calgary. You'll return to The Westin Calgary for your departure flights home, or you can stay longer if you've made other arrangements.
