- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll arrive in Casablanca and have the day to yourself to get a feel for the port city. Check out Marche Central if you want to see what locals buy for produce and street food, or just wander around Place Mohamed V at your own pace. Your tour leader meets everyone at 7pm for a welcome meeting, and dinner afterwards is available if you're interested.

- Day 2
Casablanca to Rabat
Start the morning at Hassan II Mosque, which sits right on the Atlantic shore and is the largest mosque in Africa. After that, head up the coast to Rabat for a walking tour through the capital. You'll see Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and Kasbah des Oudaias with its blue and white buildings overlooking the water.

Rabat to Meknes to Fes
Travel to Meknes this morning and walk through the imperial capital with your guide, checking out grand gateways and palaces plus the busy medina square. Then stop at Volubilis nearby, a UNESCO-listed Roman site where you can see detailed mosaics and buildings that are still in good condition. Later, you'll continue on to Fes and get time to explore both the old and new parts of the city.

Fes
Spend the full day in Fes with a local guide. This morning covers Fes el Jadid, where you'll see the Royal Palace from outside and catch views of the whole city from North Borj. After lunch, head into Fes el Bali to walk through the souks and narrow streets where craftspeople work with traditional methods. You'll also visit the ornate Attarin Medersa, a 14th-century building with impressive details.

Fes to Chefchaouen
You'll drive about four hours to Chefchaouen, famous for its blue and white buildings throughout the town. After arriving and having a late lunch, spend the afternoon walking the cobbled streets. Your riad for the next two nights is in the medina center and has a traditional hamman, roof terrace with views, swimming pool, and spa.

- Day 6
Chefchaouen
Start with breakfast and then take a guided walking tour through Chefchaouen's winding lanes that show Andalusian influence. Lunch happens at a local family's home where you'll have a traditional three-course Moroccan meal with tea and pastries. The afternoon is yours to either hike up to the Spanish Mosque for views of the surrounding area or relax at your riad.

Chefchaouen to Tangier
Drive two hours north to Tangier. Before checking in, stop at Cape Spartel for views of the Atlantic and Strait of Gibraltar, then visit the nearby Hercules Caves. Once in Tangier, walk through the American Legation, the Kasbah, and the old medina with its artisan workshops. At 6pm, you'll meet for an eclipse briefing with a local astronomer, followed by dinner in the city.

Solar Eclipse
Watch the total solar eclipse from the terrace at Hotel de France in Tangier. The eclipse reaches totality at 9:47am and lasts 4 minutes 50 seconds, which is one of the longest totality periods this century. An expert astronomer will be there to explain what's happening and provide eclipse glasses for safe viewing. The rest of the day is free for relaxing or exploring Tangier more.
