Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll arrive at Casablanca airport and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to relax and adjust to the local time.
- Day 2
Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen
Start exploring Casablanca this morning, beginning at Mohammad V Square and the Hassan II Mosque. Later you'll head to Rabat to see Oudaya with Hassan Tower and Mohammed V Mausoleum. From there, the route takes you through the Rif Mountains toward Chefchaouen. This blue city is where you'll spend the night, with time to walk around Place Outa el Hammam and the red-walled Kasbah on foot.

Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
Today you're traveling to Fes with stops along the way. First comes Volubilis, an ancient excavated city and former capital of the Mauretania kingdom. Then you'll stop in Meknes to see its imperial monuments, particularly the Bab Mansour gate with its detailed arches and mosaic work. After that, you'll continue on to Fes for the night.

Fes
Spend the day walking through Fes's historical sites with a local guide. You'll see Madrasa El Bouinania, which represents some of the best Marinid architecture around. The El Quaraoiyin mosque and university come next, and it's the oldest continuously operating higher education institution in the world. The afternoon includes the South tower, a pottery village, Nejjarine square, and the royal residence with free time to wander.

Fes - Merzouga Desert
An early start takes you through Ifran with its alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes. You'll pass through Cedar forests where Barbary macaques live, then travel via Midelt and Errachida through the Ziz Valley and rocky terrain to reach Erfoud. By evening, you'll head out for camel riding toward a desert camp where dinner, a campfire, and local music performances are waiting.

Merzouga - Boumalne Dades
Get up early to see the desert sunrise with its changing colors across the sand. After breakfast, you'll travel through Errissani, the historic ancient capital of Tafilalet. Then comes Tinghir, a charming city known for its palm grove and the famous limestone river canyons in the High Atlas Mountains. Later in the day, you'll reach Boumalne Dades and have time to take in the Todgha Gorge scenery.

Boumalne Dades - Marrakech
After breakfast, the drive to Marrakech begins through Ouarzazate, where you'll stop at Atlas Studio to learn about Morocco's film history. Next is Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing traditional earthen clay architecture and its role on historic caravan routes. You'll cross the Tishka pass at 2260m elevation before arriving in Marrakech with the afternoon and evening free.

Marrakech - Essaouira
A local guide takes you through Marrakech's main sites this morning. You'll visit Bahia Palace with its beautiful gardens, then the Saadian Tombs from the Saadian dynasty, and see the large Koutoubia Mosque. Afterward, head into Jamaa El Fna central marketplace square to experience the energy and activity. Late afternoon brings a transfer to the coastal city of Essaouira for the night.

Essaouira - Marrakech
This morning and afternoon are for exploring Essaouira, a coastal city that's great for windsurfing from April through November. Walk through the fortified medina, check out art galleries and boutiques, and visit the port where you'll see fishing nets and traditional boat construction. The cultural mix here is really vibrant. Your driver will pick you up around 2 pm for the drive back to Marrakech.
