Itinerary
- Day 1
Windhoek to Namib Desert
A vehicle picks you up in Windhoek this morning, and you'll head through mountain scenery toward the Namib Desert. The route takes you across Spreetshoogte Pass, where there's time to stop and take photos of the landscape. You'll swing through the small desert town of Solitaire for some refreshments and a quick break. By late afternoon, you'll arrive at your lodge or campsite near the Namib Desert and settle in before dinner under the stars.

Deadvlei - Namib Desert
Get up early because sunrise at Sossusvlei is worth it, and you'll head out to see the dunes as light hits them. Climbing Dune 45 gives you views across the desert floor, then a 4x4 takes you deeper into the park to see Deadvlei, where salt-crusted clay pans are surrounded by dead trees. After grabbing lunch, the day continues with visits to Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune before heading back for dinner.

Namib-Naukluft Park to Swakopmund
Travel through Namib-Naukluft Park heading toward the coast, stopping at the Tropic of Capricorn marker for photos. Walvis Bay Lagoon comes next, and you might see flamingos, cormorants, and other bird species depending on the season. By afternoon you'll reach Swakopmund, a seaside town where there's time to walk the beach, check out local shops, or grab coffee at one of the cafes before settling in for dinner.

Swakopmund
Start with breakfast, then head to Moon Valley, a landscape carved out over thousands of years with unusual rock formations and colors. The Welwitschia Mirabilis plant is also there, one of Earth's oldest living plants and sometimes called a living fossil. Swakopmund offers optional paid activities like quadbiking, skydiving, or dolphin cruises if you want something extra. You'll have lunch and then dinner back in town.

Swakopmund to Etosha National Park
After breakfast you're heading north from the coast toward Etosha National Park, one of the major wildlife reserves in Africa. There's a lunch stop somewhere along the way, then you'll arrive at your lodge or camp near the park's entrance. Later in the afternoon, set out on your first game drive to look for elephants, lions, rhinos, and other animals. Dinner happens back at your accommodation after the drive.

Landmarks/POIs Etosha National Park - Day 6
Etosha National Park
Spend your full day in Etosha's vast open plains and around the watering holes. Depending on what's around that day, you could see elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, or cheetahs. Lunch is either eaten inside the park or back at your lodge, then the afternoon brings more driving and wildlife watching. Evening ends with dinner at your place of stay.

Etosha National Park to Windhoek
The final drive takes you back to Windhoek, traveling through small towns and landscapes you've come to know. Lunch is included somewhere on the route. When you arrive in the capital, your tour wraps up with all those memories of deserts, coastline, and wildlife from the past week.
