There was a lack of communication and silliness from Tourradar to resolve issues. I was left behind for a tour I planned to join in because the guide changed the time and didn’t include me in the communication. The customer service from your radar was rude and poor. I am very disappointed as I had the intention to join on more tours in the future. The hotels were very far from the city center and made it very difficult to explore and of the cities on my own. Very sad about this experience and disappointed.

I have already submitted my review a year ago. 2024 Trip to Denmark-Sweden-Finland-Estonia destinations were ok. GREAT Tour Operator LORENZO and a great driver who doesn't smile :) Local guides were good but needs to be more knowledgeable of toilets in their area for breaks. Most hotels are dirty, not working elevator or too small for luggages. Suggested washer/dryer in hotels to minimize packing of 2-3 weeks clothing. Less 4hr driving from country to country but should visit cities or good places in between 2 hrs to stretch and toilet stops, Not good for people taking medications.

Hi , We have a wonderful trip for the last two weeks. I will share this to my friends when we go back Canada. It was very nice to have so many attractive sightseeing opportunities. I want to especially say thank to the tour guide in Paris whoes name is Amendo. He is a very tall and handsome guy. He has so much patience and kindness. We are appreciated his hard working! Thank you so much for everything! Jing Wang

If you want to see as many places/things as possible in 10 days this is a good deal. Good guides and hotels. However the trip was very intense. Long bus rides, extremely short ventures and almost exclusively all free destinations that anyone has access to. Each day I would come back to my room exhausted ready to blackout only to start back up at 6 am the next day! So choose wisely if you are up to this kind of vacation.

Julio Magyar made this travel experience the best of the best.... Julio is a gem!!! He treated us like royalty and took good care of us. We have never had a tour guide like Julio before. All the passengers on our bus really loved Julio. I am planning to do my next trip with him wherever he goes.

Tour leaders are exceptional.. knowledgeable, entertaining and shared more information. Language in English is proficient. Toilet and souvenir stops are great. Bus drivers are great. All Buses should provide charger and wifi service. Except, no picture stops in Paris. Night tour should be included in Paris. Hotels are ok. Must request before you arrange stay that toilets, shower tub and basins are scrub well without stains, elevators, TVs and room temperature are working, scrub remote control, light switches and door knobs are clean, curtains are washed once a week, not to use stain comforter ...all disgusting! Would help to pack less if there is self laundromat in the hotel for fast washing/drying. This East West Tour is great. Next year, looking for Spain-Switzerland- Italy-Greece in several famous cities of each country for few days/night stays.. less stressful! Reasonable rate!

Acceptable tour until Johma was tour guide. Hotel fiasco at arrival after 10pm. I wasn't given an available room until after midnight and Johma was no where in sight to fight for me. The local city tour guided were excellent.

I spoke to a europmundo representative for 40 minutes about this trip. It was poorly led. There were three different guides of the europemundo tour. The first leg (igor) was nice, but did not know alot about the sites and his English was substandard. The hotels and excursions were good. The second leg of the tour Jacobo the tour guide had worse English than the first. He googled for info at the stops since he didn't know much. He tried to be kind. The sites were nice but none of the options were honored. Lots of driving with unreasonable opportunities (length especially) to use the toilet. The third leg was the worst. The guide Linus was horrible, condescending, and unknowledgable. He would not allow the (57 people group) use the bus toilet. The bus was 1 hour late to start the tour, he did not have the keys ready when we got to the ugly Novotel Paris hotel. Arriving at the dirty Novotel hotel at 1030pm and waiting in the lobby until 1100- 1115pm completely ruined the NYE opportunities to see Paris for the festivities of that very special night. It was the climax and, for most people, the entire reason we saved and selected this particular route. None of the optional excursions were honored. We were late getting at every stop due to traffic. He wouldn't let a married couple change their babies diaper on the bus, so they had to trek 40 minutes (round trip) to find a bathroom. Linus the guide was horrible and would publicly shame the group. The bus was packed, 57 people is entirely too many people to get on and off the bus to allow a 5-10 minute rest stop. The last leg took us to a stop in a Cafe in Paris where we were told the Cafe new we were coming and can use the toilet, but it was "suggested" to pay for something. The Cafe then said it is a REQUIREMENT for EACH PERSON who wanted to use the bathroom to pay for a product. Families of four and five were forced to buy 20-25 euro just so they could use the toilet. After the stop, the tour guide was seen given a bottle of champagne from the establishment. That was very clear why were forbidden to use the bus toilet, so that we could be made to benefit and be used by this tour group. Two seats on the bus were broken so the seats laid all the way back onto the lap of the person behind them. Completely unacceptable. It was the worst tour, the majority of the patrons all felt the same way. Out if 4 prepaid excursions, only one was honored. It was horrible. I'll never recommend it to anyone.
