Good intentions. Poor Execution. Great trip on paper and advertisement. They start the day around 9 AM and drive you in a mini bus till about 8 PM. No time for lunch. No time to actually relax and sight see. Not recommended for travelers who have traveled with other tour companies like Gate1 or Globus or Trafalgar. Balks&More made us walk with luggage over cobbled streets. Driver and Guide were both new to the terrain. They waste a lot of time picking up and dropping off people over different hotels. Other people have to wait in the bus. Because their advertisement is enticing, they will cover all the cities but then who wants to see a palace at 7:30 PM for example. Many items are skipped. You will spend a lot of time in minivan. They will switch days or itinerary at a moment's notice. Luggage is in a trailer covered with a tarp.

Dejan was a perfect tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable, relaxed, and just a great guy. We learned a lot and we also had a good balance of free time within the tour. It’s a great way of seeing a lot of beautiful places in a short time without the stress of trying to get yourself around. Worth the $$ for sure! Great tour. Great tour guide - Dejan.

I can honestly say that this was the best holiday my friend and I had ever experienced. From start to finish, the organisation and communication were excellent, we had a very experienced tour guide, Theo, who showed us this fascinating region of The Balkans, and imparted his knowledge of the culture, history and life in the different regions. He was always very helpful. The places we visited were beautiful, amazing and whoever organised the planning of this tour deserves a 5 star rating too! I would recommend this holiday to anyone who likes to explore different countries: downside - living out of a suitcase, but worthwhile. Thank you TourRadar, we would certainly use you again. Great tour of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. More beautiful and interesting than I'd expected and so glad I went. Our tour guide, Marko, was friendly, helpful, a fount of information, and great company. We dealt with Zorica and Vladimir for planning and booking the trip and they were very communicative and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this trip, as well as Marko, Zorica, and Vladimir of Serbia Tour Operator.

My Balkans tour with Serbia Tour Operator was one of a kind and flawless across all dimensions. Starting from the tour design, the program covers a lot in a short period of time, but still with a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Then, coming to the booking and logistics process, this was the best experience I had ever with a tour agency in my worldwide travels; they have high flexibility in their booking terms, changing dates and cancellation especially in COVID-19 times. They respond with fastest speed and amazing friendliness and have provided everything I needed with the highest levels of professionalism. Also, all the hotels were simply on point. And finally to the tour itself, my tourguide Marko has been beyond amazing! He is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional, and at the same time he smartly adapts the program to the needs and profile of the traveller. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Thank you Serbia Tour Operator for making my Balkans trip happy and memorable! And very looking forward to come back!

The extended Balkan tour was great. Being in a small group, the schedules were not too regimented and can be tailored according to the needs of the guest. The hotel locations were mostly within the city limits and accesible to most travelers needs such as shopping and dining. Since the tour operator are from the Balkan Peninsula, they have good knowledge and expertise on the region which reflected on their selected places to visit and explore. Although the tour operator is located outside of North America, one should not developed any apprehension about the authenticity of the company as they fulfill almost everything that was described in their brochure and itenirary. Our tour guide who also acted as the driver of the minivan has an excellent knowledge about the history and culture of the Balkan countries that we visited. He is very fluent in the English language.

Marko our guide went beyond the regular call of duty to provide us with all we need. He even made an appointment, had Carol (one guest) see the doctor, and get medicine. He also proved to be a very congenial informative and personal guide. Though the main provider of information, he also listened a lot and was willing to learn from his guests. What is Marko’s email? Or please provide him with mine in case he wants to communicate: penaranda .oscar@gmail.com. I have been telling colleagues about your company and Marko for their future travels.

Our guide, Hristina Karanovic was knowledgeable, passionate, with a sense of humor and an open mind ideal for being a tour guide. She was also very sincere.
