We took the 15-day tour from Madrid ending Amsterdam. This company acts like a hop-on hop-off bus with people joining and leaving different legs of their tour. Keep this in mind for comments below. First half of tour was mostly good. We didn’t get any info on meeting our tour guide the first night at the hotel so it was a bit of guesswork to find out who we were supposed to meet. The tour was mixed English and Spanish, we had a dedicated English guide. Very knowledgeable guides and overall experience was good - decent accommodations in reasonable proximity to public transit. Second half of tour was a mixed bag. Good guides but accommodations were far from transit and city centers. It was a bilingual bus but only 1 guide to explain both English and Spanish languages. Also, because the logistics of other tours, us handful of English speakers were sort of an afterthought. The different participants had included meals and it forced the rest of us to be dropped off nearby their meal place. This forced us to be stranded after a long day to stay in city center, 1 hour away from hotel, until their dinner was concluded. We felt it was unfair for us to be forced to tag along when we wanted to check in and rest. Would I take a tour again, yes but not necessarily with this company.
