Suri was an amazing tour guide!!! Super fun and knowledgeable. The tour itself was pretty fast paced and you will walk ~5 miles/day (most was 10 miles), so make sure to wear appropriate shoes, but you get to see so much. It’s a great experience.

I was left on a road with my daughter, because she went on a game on the glacier 3000 in Switzerland, and we did not get off at the appointed time, we were delayed 15 min. and there was no uber train nearby, it was horrible.

It was pretty good. Our tour guide Raid was wonderful and had excellent energy and knowledgeable of the area along with the guides that hosted the walking tours. I do wished that we had gotten to spend more time on the island area of Venice, it was so beautiful and could spend hours walking the ally ways of the canals. I also would recommend expanding the time in Lucerne Switzerland, there was so many restaurants that we could have had dinner at but instead we had to go back to Zürich so quick and honestly there wasn’t much there in Zürich let along authentic European restaurants to dine at (we luckily found one 15 mins away from the hotel). The hotels were fine although I would recommend a different hotel for Venice maybe one on the island part if possible because the one we stayed at didn’t have much to offer and not many authentic restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Otherwise the hotels were clean and had towels. My only serious complaint was that there was a family on the tour that was very disrespectful to our tour guide, the hosts, and those of us on the tour. They were very inconsiderate and rude and would make us late to everything every single day of the tour even though the tour guide politely informed them of the need to be on time and even spoke their language in which was not English or any native language to the countries we were in (note: this was suppose to been an English and Spanish tour only) but our guide was kind enough to speak to them in their language since luckily he knew their language so there was no reason for them to acted the way they were or be inconsiderate. That family should have been dismissed from the tour completely and refunded their money because they made the rest of us have a bad time with their rudeness and inconsideration. My advise is that Europmundo should make a policy that if someone is being rude to the tour guide or to others on the tour by doing things inconsiderate or inappropriate they should be kicked out of the tour and refunded whatever is left of their tour. It’s not fair that a family like that had to ruin everyone else’s trip in Europe because of their inappropriate and rude ways!

The tour was well organised considering there are many places we visited within a short amount of time. We particularly enjoyed having the tours of the cities by local tour guides and having optional experiences and free time to ourselves. The only thing is that our tour guide was good at making sure we are on time and shared interesting facts about things, however, he sometimes made condescending negative comments or talked about private matters that happened with other members of the tour. I thought that was unprofessional and soured some moments for us. Otherwise we enjoyed the places we visited, we made some lifelong friends and lifelong memories. Thank you!

There were too many people in the bus and was noisy sometimes as people were talking loud on their phones . Some children made a mess in the bus. As the weather was very hot from June onwards in Europe especially in Italy, I think will be better if the local tourist guides can slow down and not rush to walk around. There was an occasion the time between the morning tour and the optional tour in Rome was given only 30 minutes ( the Vatican museum ), so we could not have time for proper lunch and there was no rest inside the Vatican museum for another 21/2 hours. I hope the company should leave one hour in between to let more elderly tourists to have some rest and lunch especially in summer. Also , the tourist guide or the bus driver should make sure everyone put on seat belt in the whole journey for safety sake . I never heard this warning throughout the whole trip. The sort of 4 stars hotels in Italy , Austria and Switzerland do not supply any free water bottles. This is very disappointing especially in summer time. Worst of it many hotels do not supply water kettles!
