Asked on September 29th, 2025Who is the operator of this tour?

Traveler•Written September 2025What are the names of the hotels? Do the hotels have air conditioning and/or heating? Does the transportation have air conditioning and/or heating? Are there stops for us to get something to eat? Are the hotels located near places to eat or does the hotel have restaurants or a place to buy food? Is bottled water easily accessible? What type of currency is required for food/beverage purchases?
Booking ToursOperator•Written September 2025This tour includes 3* accommodation room only in Israel and Jordan and bed and breakfast in Egypt. All hotels arranged after booking confirmation, depending on availability. We always try to accommodate tourists in central hotels, but it's not guaranteed. We recommend having a bottle of water in advance for each touring day. During the tour you have stops for lunch and time to buy water. For each country you need a local currency: in Israel - Israel shekels, in Jordan - Jordanian dinars, in Egypt - Egyptian pounds. You can also pay by card.

Asked on September 11th, 2025We are very interested in the Holy Land & Egypt 13 days tour but we have questions. 1. I notice breakfast and dinner are not included. How do people find breakfast? Is it easy to do or are the hotels located in the central hub where we can walk to restaurants. Two of my group are elderly couple and I'm trying to determine if this is inconvenient for them. 2. What are the hotels you normally use for this stay? 3. How strenuous is this tour?
Booking ToursOperator•Written September 2025Usually, the hotels we use are located in central areas. For breakfast, you can either pre-order breakfast boxes at the reception the evening before, or dine in nearby cafés and restaurants. Regarding dinners, you may add them directly at the hotel or enjoy a variety of restaurants within walking distance, since we work with centrally located hotels. Hotels are booked only after the reservation is confirmed, and we cooperate with all major hotel chains for this tour. Each day of the itinerary includes some walking, but transportation by bus is always provided to and from the sites.

Traveler•Written September 2025I would be traveling with my Dad who can't walk as much anymore but is not on wheelchair. Is the walking difficult (involve lots of stairs and hikes) or on flat surface that's easy enough for elderly?
Booking ToursOperator•Written September 2025The tour includes sites such as Jerusalem's Old City, Bethlehem, Petra, and Cairo. Please note that if you are joining group tours, it may be challenging for an elderly traveler who finds it difficult to walk for long periods. For example, the Old City of Jerusalem involves slopes, stairs, and uneven surfaces, and in some places — not only in Jerusalem — it is not possible to drive or access by vehicle, so walking is required. As an alternative, you may choose to replace some days with private tours or reduce the number of excursions. This way, the program can be adjusted to make it more comfortable for your father.

Traveler•Written July 2025Can they apply for visa to Egypt and Jordan upon arrival? How long does it take to receive the visas?
Booking ToursOperator•Written July 2025For privacy and comfort reasons, we do not place strangers in the same room. We only offer private rooms, even for solo travelers. If the traveler is booking alone, they will receive a private single room, and a single supplement fee will apply. However, if another person is later added to the booking (for example, a friend or acquaintance of the traveler), we can change the room to double occupancy, and the price will be adjusted accordingly — as long as both travelers agree to share the room and we are notified in advance.
Booking ToursOperator•Written July 2025If the traveler chooses to obtain a visa upon arrival through us, it will be issued on the day they cross the border, provided they hold a passport eligible for visa on arrival. If the traveler holds a passport from a country not eligible for visa on arrival, they must obtain the visa independently via the Jordanian and Egyptian embassies in their home country.
