Bath - Bristol
You'll meet your group and board the coach heading to Windsor Castle for views of this royal residence. Spend free time wandering Windsor's gardens and along the riverside, then continue on to Bath where you can visit the Royal Crescent, check out the Roman Baths, see the Jane Austen Museum, or take a canal cruise if that appeals to you. By evening you'll drop your bags at the hotel in Bristol and join everyone for a welcome dinner before exploring the city streets with your new travel companions.

Oxford - Stratford-upon-Avon - Birmingham
After breakfast, you have the option to join a local street art guide through Bristol's neighborhoods before heading to Oxford. Once there, wander through Oxford's famous museums, libraries, churches, and the university grounds, and if you're interested, you can try punting on the river. There's a quick stop in Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace) on the route, then you'll travel to Birmingham for the night. Drop your bags and grab dinner on your own as you explore the streets.

Liverpool - Manchester
Start with breakfast in Birmingham, then board the coach to Liverpool. You'll join a guided tour covering Beatles history and the city's football culture. Later in the evening, travel to Manchester (or stay in Liverpool depending on your departure) and you're free to check out this musical city with its rock and roll character.

York
Leave Manchester and head back in time to York, a walled city with 2,000 years of history running through it. Walk through the narrow lanes, visit York Minster, the Shambles, and Clifford's Tower. If ghost stories and folklore interest you, there's an optional evening ghost walk through York's historic alleyways for a bit of spooky atmosphere.

Lake District - Hadrian's Wall - Carlisle
Say goodbye to York and travel through the Lake District with its green hills and peaceful lakes surrounding you. You'll see Hadrian's Wall, the Roman monument, before arriving in Carlisle, England's northernmost town before Scotland. This location gives you a good base to rest up before your final day on the tour.

Edinburgh
