Itinerary
- Day 1
San Francisco
You'll arrive in San Francisco and have time to get settled. If your flight comes in early, head out to check out the Golden Gate Bridge or wander through the Palace of Fine Arts. The trendy streets are worth walking through, and you could browse vintage shops on Haight Street or catch a tram down to the waterfront. At 6 pm, you'll meet your group leader and the rest of the travelers for dinner together.

- Day 2
San Francisco to Yosemite National Park
This morning you're driving into the Sierra Nevada Mountains toward Yosemite National Park, passing through some nice scenery along the way. You'll spot Half Dome from the car. Once you arrive, you'll set up camp near the park entrance. You're staying here for three nights, and the next two days are open for exploring at your own pace.

- Day 3
Yosemite National Park
Join your leader for an easy downhill hike through the Tuolumne Grove of Giant Sequoias this morning, including a walk through a tunnel carved right into one of the trees. After that, head to Yosemite Valley to see the iconic spots like Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, and the Merced River from Sentinel Bridge. The rest of your day is yours. You could tackle Nevada Falls (4 to 5 hours round trip), try the Mirror Lake trail (45 minutes), or pick from plenty of other options. Keep an eye out for squirrels and bears while you're hiking.

- Day 4
Yosemite National Park
Today's all yours to explore Yosemite however you like. Rent a bike and cycle around Yosemite Valley, check out the park museum and photo gallery, browse the shops, or grab a meal at one of the restaurants. You could float down the Merced River if it's in season. There are tons of trails to pick from, ranging from simple walks to serious hikes. Your leader is around if you need help figuring out which trail matches your fitness level.

- Day 5
Yosemite to Bishop
You'll leave Yosemite this morning through Tioga Pass, stopping at Mono Lake to break up the drive. The route takes you through scenic landscapes between Central Valley and Death Valley. By late afternoon, you'll reach the town of Bishop where you're camping for the night. Before settling in, check out Erick Schat's European-style bakery for a snack, or head over to the nearby natural hot springs if you're in the mood.

Bishop to Las Vegas
This morning you're driving to Las Vegas, the desert's glitz and entertainment hub. After you check into your accommodation, the day is open for exploring however you want. You could hit the shops, catch a stage show, visit the Las Vegas Sphere, or just people-watch along the Strip. For dinner, there are several celebrity chef restaurants to choose from, including spots run by Roy Choi, Gordon Ramsay, and Wolfgang Puck.
