- Day 1
Barcelona to French Riviera
You'll meet your Trip Manager and the rest of your group as you leave Barcelona behind. The journey takes you to the French Riviera, where you'll find yourself surrounded by brilliant blue waters and the kind of coastal glamour that defines this region. An included dinner gets your adventure started on the right note.

- Day 2
Monaco
There's an optional bike ride along the coast if you're interested, then you'll head to a French perfumery to see how scents come together and create your own fragrance. After that, you can taste the region's famous lavender honey, aioli, and rosé wine. The afternoon takes you to Monaco, where you'll see the Monte Carlo Casino and the Royal Palace before heading back to your accommodation.

French Riviera to Cinque Terre to Pisa
You're heading south to Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage site made up of five fishing villages clinging to the cliffs. Your included rail pass lets you spend the day however you like—hike the coastal trails, do a food crawl through the villages, try the local wine, or just wander around at your own pace. In the afternoon, you'll travel to Pisa and check into your hotel for the night.

- Day 4
Pisa to Florence
Start early at the Leaning Tower of Pisa for that famous photo everyone takes. You'll walk through Pisa's markets with gelato in hand, check out artwork from masters like Michelangelo, and attend an included leather demonstration showing traditional Italian craftsmanship. Later, you're heading to Florence, and there's an optional dinner with antipasti and wine if you want to join.

- Day 5
Florence to Sorrento
After saying goodbye to Florence, you're traveling south along the coast to Sorrento, a nice seaside town with real character. There's an optional stop at La Sorgente, a family-run mozzarella farm where you can have an authentic Italian meal with fresh homemade mozzarella, excellent olive oil, and limoncello. Later, you'll catch the sunset from the waterfront.

- Day 6
Capri
Today you're taking a day trip to Capri, an island known for its dramatic rocky coastline and upscale cafes where the wealthy and famous hang out. There's an optional boat cruise with swimming stops and views of the cliffs along the way. When you head back to Sorrento, you'll walk along the cliffs overlooking the water, explore the old town center, and try some local gnocchi.

Landmarks Capri - Day 7
Amalfi Coast - Pompeii - Rome
You'll travel along the Amalfi Coast early on, then stop in Pompeii for a guided walking tour through the Roman ruins. Mount Vesuvius comes into view as you travel, and you'll see this active volcano from a distance. Later, you arrive in Rome and start exploring the city's famous cobblestone streets and landmarks.

- Day 8
Rome
This morning, you're getting an early start to see as much as possible. You'll check out Roman architecture and get up close with the Colosseum. The afternoon is yours to explore however you want. There's an optional pasta cooking class with dinner if that interests you, and gelato is definitely on the agenda somewhere.

Rome
After breakfast, it's time to part ways with your group. You'll say goodbye to your new friends and make plans to meet up again after your adventure ends outside of Rome.
