Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive at Delhi International Airport where someone from the tour company meets you. From there it's a transfer to your hotel to settle in.

- Day 2
New Delhi and Old Delhi
After breakfast you'll spend the full day touring Old and New Delhi. The itinerary includes Humayun's Tomb, Jama Masjid, and a rickshaw ride through the busy streets of Chandni Chowk. You'll see Raj Ghat memorial, pass by India Gate, and check out some British-era government buildings. By evening you're back at your hotel.

Delhi to Agra
You'll drive to Agra after breakfast, then check in and take it easy. In the afternoon you'll visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah (known as the 'Baby Taj'), a white marble structure that actually served as inspiration for the Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.

- Day 4
Agra
Early morning means catching the Taj Mahal at sunrise, riding back on a horse cart. After breakfast you'll tour Agra Fort. Then it's out to a local village where you'll learn to make roti, milk a buffalo, and see rangoli patterns. The day wraps up with sunset views of the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh.

Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Driving to Jaipur after breakfast, you'll stop at Fatehpur Sikri along the way to walk through the red sandstone city and palace complex built by Emperor Akbar. Once in Jaipur you'll check in, then head to the white marble Birla Temple at the base of Moti Dungri Hill for the evening puja ceremony.

Jaipur
After breakfast you'll head up to Amber Fort overlooking Jaipur, riding an elephant the way royals once did. You'll explore the palaces and painted halls, then move on to the City Palace with its museum of carpets, weapons, and textiles. Later you'll see the Jantar Mantar Observatory and pass by the Hawa Mahal with its 953 latticed windows.

Jaipur to Kolkata
After breakfast there's some time at your hotel before you head to Jaipur Airport later in the day for a flight to Kolkata. Once you land, a transfer takes you to your hotel.

Kolkata
After breakfast you'll spend the day exploring Kolkata's cultural sites. You'll visit Belur Math (the Ramakrishna Mission headquarters), Fort William with its arched windows and gardens, Tagore's House which has original paintings and manuscripts, and the ornate Marble Palace. The day ends at Victoria Memorial and then a walk along the Hooghly River as the sun sets.

Kolkata to Darjeeling
You'll head to Kolkata Airport for a flight to Bagdogra, then drive to Darjeeling for the night.
- Day 10
Darjeeling
After breakfast you'll ride the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (the Toy Train), which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From there you'll head to Singalila National Park for mountain views and a chance to see Red Pandas and Himalayan Black Bears. You'll visit Tiger Hill for sunrise views of Kanchenjunga mountain, see Observatory Hill and the Batasia Loop, then explore Neora Valley National Park before heading back for dinner.
