Itinerary
- Day 1
La Paz
You'll arrive at La Paz airport and head to your hotel in the city center. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and adjust to the altitude, which can hit you pretty hard at this elevation. Come evening, you'll head to the Cholitas Wrestling Show, a local event featuring women wrestlers in traditional Aymara dress. It's part sport, part theater, and definitely something you won't see anywhere else. The performances blend authentic cultural traditions with wrestling entertainment.

- Day 2
La Paz
After breakfast, a local guide meets you for a 6-hour walking and cable car tour around La Paz. You'll walk through the city center and check out San Francisco Church, then swing by the Witches' Market where you'll find colorful stalls packed with amulets, herbs, and all sorts of traditional items. Next you'll take the Mi Teleférico cable car system, which gives you views of the city, the surrounding mountains, and on clear days, the snowcapped Illimani peak in the distance.

La Paz
This day is free for you to explore La Paz however you want. If you're looking for something more active, there are optional excursions available. The Death Road mountain biking experience is famous for its dramatic mountain views and technical riding. Or head to the Valley of the Souls, where unusual rock formations create an otherworldly landscape. If history interests you more, Tiwanaku offers ancient pre-Columbian ruins and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site worth the trip.
