Itinerary

Ayder Plateau Excursion
Start at 10 AM and head out to Ayder Plateau, Trabzon's top destination for the day. First stop is Iskitoglu Waterfall Park where you can have breakfast or grab a drink while taking in views of the 100-meter waterfall dropping below. After that, you'll check out a well-known linen fabric store in Risa to see how local textiles are made. The Valley of the Winds comes next, a 57-km river spot with rafting, rope swings, and hanging activities if you're up for it. There's also a historic Ottoman bridge in the area that's around 300-400 years old. Before lunch, stop at Puppet Waterfall for photos. Then head to a restaurant on the plateau itself for lunch where you can eat while looking out at the valley and waterfalls around you.
