- Rowena· September 1st, 2025Great tour for the price! All the hotels were very nice. Our driver Lachsen was always prompt and professional. Our guides were also very good. Sila in Casablanca was very knowledgeable and Isham in Marrakech went above and beyond - he was the kindest guide I’ve ever met. Only heads up: The camel ride is 2 hours— So bring some water! And you can sleep outside if your tent is baking. We didn’t know that and were really hot that night. But take this tour, you’ll love it😊Show moreDiscover Morocco commented on this reviewThank you for your thoughtful review! - MOMartyn· July 22nd, 2025Overall the Tour was very good. We were fortunate to only having 7 people on the tour for most days. The people were all very nice, and punctual for departures which always helps. Hotels were good, and where two did not have bars, we managed to find restaurants nearby. Our driver throughout was Lahcine, who was excellent. Safe driving, helpful, spoke English. Guides in most locations were good. Some long days on the minibus, particularly en-route to the desert. In our view, one night in Fez would be adequate. 1/2 day tour then maybe 3 hours to the desert then another hotel. Desert camp and camels were fun.Show moreTrip date: May 2025
- Dave· June 23rd, 2025Overall experience great..but a few things to note. 1/anguish moment on arrival when our phones did not work.. pickup was late and we could not get set back into the airport to buy a sim card… or load the free 1G offer. 2/ some of the lunch stops we not good.. we both got food poisoning… the google reviews on some restaurants were not good. 3/ all the guides were great!!! The last one on the Marrakech tour was a bit too much information to take in. 4/we did not get the catacombs tour at Marrakech. 5/ our driver Zouhayr was the best!!!! LOVE MOROCCO.Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- BLBlaine· April 22nd, 2025The communication with Tourradar is outstanding, the tour company (Discover Morocco) however is frustrating. Announcements on the bus are impossible to hear if you are more than half way back. The daily guides for local sites struggle with English and either talk too fast or are unclear. Make sure you bring cash for the restaurants you are forced to eat at as they do not take credit cards and are around 120 - 150 Dirhams per person. Too much time spent at uninteresting attraction that turned out to be nothing more than a sales-pitch, ie: the rug weaving and pharmacy selling oils were only interested in selling their products. Morocco is an amazing, wonderful country but this tour was way too much of a pitch to sell us items whenever we stopped.Show moreDiscover Morocco commented on this reviewDear Blaine, Thank you for your feedback! - SLSerena· April 8th, 2025Overall the tour was excellent! Our driver was Lahcine and he was great, always made sure we were comfortable and a safe driver. We were even lucky to have him again on the last day of our airport transfer. Most of the accommodations were good except for Ramada in Fes. All the tour guides were good, the tour guide in Casablanca was the best and the worst was the tour guide in Marrakesh. The tour guide in Marrakesh moved too quickly and then brought us to an argan and spice shop where it seemed like they just wanted to sell us products (complete waste of time). Luckily we had a great group and the tour around Morocco was good regardlessShow moreDiscover Morocco commented on this reviewDear Serena, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! The guides were good very knowledgeable the first one sila or dino you can call him was so funny and welcoming in Casablanca wish we had him the whole time! Also the hotel there was not up to standards the bar was also closed so no atmosphere what so ever! The last guide in Marrakech was not great either we missed to last spot to go have pastries in a lovely tea room instead as he was just rushing us. Beautiful landscapes The dessert was amazing the stars were so bright my iPhone even picked them up in a picture blew my mind! At dinner you will be asked to take the camel or car back in the morning ask to go by quad! He will arrange it was epic! Also word of advice take only cash at the airport do let them give you a card with your other money on you will mostly need cash especially in the desert! Overall amazing adventure don’t think about it just book it is would recommend doing the 13 days too! XxShow moreTrip date: March 2025

Asked on July 24th, 2025I have read all your reviews and they are nearly all positive but I was definitely put off after checking your hotel stays and seeing the hotel listed for Fes was the Ramada even after all the bad reviews on it. Also I am travelling solo and I would definitely not like to be put into a tent with other women I didn't know that is what we pay a supplement for a solo room
- Discover Morocco Operator•Written July 2025
Since you're traveling alone as a solo traveler, you'll have a private tent.

Asked on May 2nd, 2025Will we receive the double occupancy rate (even though we are booking separately)? If we are sharing a room, that price should be reflected.
- Discover Morocco Operator•Written May 2025
Yes, if you will be sharing the same room, we will remove the single supplement from one of the bookings so that the double occupancy rate is applied correctly.

Asked on April 25th, 2025I hope you understand the issue with my wife. Yes, please suggest alternative options of hotels at both locations, preferably 4-5 star.
- Discover Morocco Operator•Written April 2025
hotel options are entirely based on your preferences, and they can vary significantly from one area to another.

Asked on April 22nd, 2025I want to express my disgust with the tour guide who is completely focused on his own needs and not the customers. I repeatedly told him we could not hear anything on the speaker system in the bus and suggested he speak louder and move towards the middle of the bus to make his announcements. I'm also disgusted about his choices for restaurants as there was no options for us and we were forced to eat at these locations that I believe he is 'friendly' with and gets a 'kick-back' from them. They do not accept credit cards, which I had planned on, and payment was cash only. This forced me to use the cash I hadn't planned on and needed to incur expenses at Bank Machines withdrawing more. He was great at smiling to you but was an absolutely useless tour guide.
- Discover Morocco Operator•Written April 2025
Regarding the restaurants, we'd like to clarify that our company does not select or partner with specific dining establishments. The tour guide may simply suggest one of the available options in the area, based on factors like location, timing, and group suitability. However, guests are always free to choose where they would like to eat, and there is no obligation to dine at the suggested place. In more remote areas, such as the Sahara or less-developed regions, it's common for local businesses to accept only cash due to infrastructure limitations. Because of this, we always recommend travelers keep some cash on hand, as payment methods can vary greatly from one area to another.
