He made sure the hand-offs to the individual private guides in each city was smooth and efficient. Pickups were always on time. Our other guides Prasant, Mukesh and Nitin were very good as well. They all demonstrated excellent knowledge of their respective cities and their histories. The Hotels were all clean and delicious lunches. The cooperatives/factories also did not pressure us too much to buy. We were extremely lucky to see tigers on both safaris (sunrise and sunset). Only because of business the gipsy safari advertised became a cantar safari which was a lot more chaotic, nevertheless still managed to see tigers so all in all a great trip. Our driver for the entire time, Goodu, took it upon himself to ensure our safety throughout the tour. Only suggestion would be itinerary review day of or day prior so expectations are clearly set. Be prepared, ours was an aggressive itinerary and you will be exhausted in the end. We knew it would be a lot, though. You will have a private driver the entire time (Vishal was ours and he was great), private tour guides in Agra and Jaipur. Our guide in Agra was Kalim and Nameera in Jaipur. Both guides were exceptional, went out of their way to make sure we were ok and showed us the inside parts of their city. We chose the 4 star option and were pleased with our hotels - sun ring(agra), National(ranthambore) and Lillypod heritage(jaipur). The Safari in Ranthambore and Rickshaw ride through Delhi were top notch. We luckily even saw 3 tigers! The hotel breakfasts were good and lunch + dinner options were tasty. All were seemingly hygienic and we didn't get sick. The tour company even went out of their way to request a refund from a vendor when our souvenir. broke a day after purchasing. Only negative is that it would've been nice to also have a guide in delhi and an itinerary shared daily.
