Arrival in Kittilä
When you arrive in Kittilä, a transfer takes you to the Harriniva Holiday Center where you'll be staying for the week. Get settled into your room and have some time to relax before heading to dinner at the resort. This first evening gives you a chance to meet other guests and get oriented before the activities begin.

Dog Sledding
After a briefing from the guides, you'll get fitted with gear and head out on a dog sledding tour through the snowy landscape. You'll work with a team of huskies and take turns with your partner controlling the sled as you cover 2 to 3 hours of snow-covered trails. It's a quiet, peaceful way to move through the winter forest.

Snowmobile Safari

The ride covers quite a bit of ground and gives you a real sense of the scale of the wilderness.

Reindeer Farm and Northern Lights
Head out to Torassieppi reindeer farm to learn about Sami culture and traditional reindeer herding practices. Walk through the reindeer museum and the historic farmhouse, then go out for a reindeer sleigh ride. Later in the evening, the Aurora Snow Shuttle picks you up and takes you into the forest for a campfire where you'll watch for the Northern Lights.

Snowshoe Hike and Northern Lights

Departure from Kittilä
