Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Taipei
You'll land at Taoyuan International Airport and a private driver meets you for the transfer into Taipei. Once at your hotel, the rest of the evening is yours to unwind and settle in after your journey.
- Day 2
Jiufen - Shifen
This morning you'll join a shared tour heading out to northern Taiwan's coastline and mountain areas. First stop is Yeh Liu Geopark where you'll see the unusual rock formations including the famous Queen's Head. From there you head to Jiufen, an old gold-mining town with winding streets and local food stalls where you can grab lunch and walk around. Later you'll check out Shifen Waterfall, which drops about 66 feet and is quite impressive up close. The day wraps up at Shifen Old Street where you can write wishes on sky lanterns before heading back to Taipei by early evening.
