  I'm 38/39 years old. I'm a commercial diver so I have good condition running marathons. But I don't have any climbing qualifications. I did indoor wall climbing and lots of treks in the UK and Poland. I know it's nothing but I will like to try.

  You need to be strong enough mentally which is very essential to complete the trek. Being a marathon runner helps a lot.

  You must have insurance that covers emergency rescues and medical expenses. If you are unwell, we need to bring you back to Kathmandu by helicopter. Check if your insurance covers evacuation expenses.

For tours departing after October 19th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Alpine Club of Himalaya. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
