Arrival
You'll arrive in San José and get settled into your accommodation. There's a group meeting at 6pm where you'll meet your CEO and the other travelers on this trip. After the meeting wraps up, head out with your new group to explore the La California barrio and hit up one of the local bars for drinks.

San José to La Fortuna
Travel to La Fortuna, which sits at the base of Arenal Volcano. Once you get there, you've got several options depending on what sounds good. You can hike the nature trails, swim at La Fortuna waterfall, try canyoning with rappelling, or check out the wildlife refuge nearby. If you're looking for more intensity, there's whitewater rafting, mountain biking, caving, and horseback riding available too.

This day is yours to spend however you like around La Fortuna.
