Itinerary
- Day 1
Colombo to Habarana
You'll arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and get transferred to your hotel in Habarana. The drive takes a few hours, so take this time to settle in and rest up after traveling. It's a good chance to acclimate and get oriented before the activities begin tomorrow.

- Day 2
Habarana - Sigiriya - Habarana
After breakfast, you're heading to Sigiriya to climb the Rock Fortress, an ancient site from the 8th century with intricate frescoes carved into the rock. The climb takes about an hour and offers views across the landscape. From there, continue to Dambulla where you'll walk through the Golden Temple's cave temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Buddha statues and religious artwork throughout the caves.

- Day 3
Habarana to Kandy
Start with breakfast, then travel toward Kandy with a stop at the Matale Spice Garden along the way. Here you'll learn how Sri Lanka grows cinnamon, cardamom, and other spices that made the island famous. Once in Kandy, you'll visit the Tooth Relic Temple, one of Buddhism's most important pilgrimage sites, where the Buddha's tooth is kept in a golden chamber.

- Day 4
Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, drive toward Nuwara Eliya, stopping at Ramboda Falls to take in the waterfall and Hanuman Temple for both views and cultural significance. Next you'll spend time at a tea plantation and tour the factory to see how Ceylon tea gets processed from leaf to cup. End the day exploring Seetha Temple in Nuwara Eliya, then settle into your accommodation there.

- Day 5
Nuwara Eliya to Wadduwa
Following breakfast, head toward the coast toward Beruwala and Wadduwa. On the route you'll stop at Kitulgala for white water rafting on the Kelani River, an active adventure lasting a couple hours. After the rafting, relax at a beachside resort to dry off and have lunch, then check into your accommodation in Wadduwa where you'll stay for the next few nights.

Wadduwa - Hikkaduwa - Bentota
You'll have breakfast before heading out to explore the Maduganga River near Bentota and Hikkaduwa, a wetland area where you can see crocodiles, water birds, and other wildlife. A boat tour through the mangrove channels and island ecosystems takes a few hours and is quite peaceful. Spend the evening relaxing at the beach back in Wadduwa with time to walk along the shore before returning to your hotel.

Wadduwa to Colombo to Airport
After breakfast, drive to Colombo for a final city tour visiting Galle Face Green, a historic oceanfront promenade, and Viharamahadevi Park with its museums and cultural sites. Then you'll head to the airport for departure. Make sure you're there at least three hours before your flight, giving enough time for check-in and security.
