There should have been a city tour in the afternoon after we've checked all our bags. The hotel was not communicated with us ahead of time. I emailed the day before and did not received a response. A group chat should have been created ahead of time.Our contact numbers should have been given to the tour guide.Show more

Guide was very good but Europamundo should be stricter with allowing food and coffee on the bus. Tour participants were, for the most part, speaking most of the time, when the guide explained in English. Very good itinerary but more discipline should be imposed and respected by the people on the tour. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tour and Marilia did her best to take good care of us. I am giving 4 stars and not 5 due to the last day of the tour. It would have been better if some time could have been spent on Lake como and Italian side.
