Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive in Delhi, India's capital, and head to your hotel for check-in from mid-afternoon onwards. This gives you time to settle in and rest before things get started.

- Day 2
Delhi
A guided tour takes you through Delhi's main sites including the Red Fort, India Gate, and Presidential Palace. From there you'll see Jama Masjid, Humayun's Tomb, and Qutub Minar. Later, climb into a rickshaw and ride through a local bazaar before lunch and some free time. Your Tour Director hosts a welcome dinner at the hotel this evening.

Delhi to Agra
You'll drive to Agra and tour Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. That evening, head out to see the Taj Mahal as the sun sets, watching the gold and pink hues shift across the marble. A guided tour inside the mausoleum is included.

- Day 4
Agra to Jaipur
Start early to catch the sunrise at the Taj Mahal. After that, you'll have some downtime before traveling to Jaipur, known as the Pink City from when it was painted pink in 1876 to welcome the Prince of Wales. Dinner is included at your hotel.

Jaipur
Check out Jaipur's highlights starting with Amber Fort, built from white marble and red sandstone. After lunch you'll visit the City Palace Museum with its paintings, carpets, and weapons, then head to Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO site with 19 astronomical instruments from 1728.

Jaipur to Kolkata
Fly to Kolkata through Delhi. After lunch, take a guided tour of St. John's Church which has India's oldest working pipe organ, then see Victoria Memorial Museum and colonial buildings like Raj Bhawan, Town Hall, and Dalhousie Square. Later you'll transfer to your ship for a 7-night Ganges River cruise.

Fulia
Climb into a rickshaw and head to the village of Guptipara where you'll observe clay and idol making and visit a potter's home. This afternoon, travel to Fulia to see artists who specialize in Jamdani weaving using cotton and gold thread.

Serampore - Kolkata
Sail downstream to Bandel and visit the Hooghly Imambara, a 19th-century monument with grand hallways and large Persian chandeliers. Continue to Serampore with its Danish heritage sites including the Danish Tavern and St. Olav's Church. You'll return to Kolkata in the evening.

Kathmandu
Your guided tour starts at Hanuman Dhoka, the historic royal seat. You'll visit the Temple of Kumari, the residence of the Living Goddess who's believed to be the incarnation of goddess Durga and was built from the wood of a single tree. The afternoon is free for your own exploration.

Patan
