We were so impressed with the super service provided by the Rocky Mountaineer during the first two days of the tour. We also would like to appreciate the Calgary Tour driver/guider David for the professional, helpful and nice service he bought to us throughout the last three days (May 30-June 1) of our trip in the Rockies which left us with an enjoyable and unforgettable memory for life time! This tour could be 100% perfect if we were not asked by Raymond, the diver/guider from Calgary Tour, to pay Cad$15 per person of all the guests for tips at the beginning of day 3 of the tour (May 29), although the tips for the entire tour had been prepaid with our booking.Show moreTrip date: May 2025

We opted to buy our lunches in advance and the one that truly disappointed was at the Discovery Centre at Athabasca Icefields - we had burgers that were barely edible! It would have been better to have a premade sandwich of some kind than that. Both my wife and I felt sick after eating it - unacceptable. The guide was Allan and the driver was John, both of them extremely helpful, informative and friendly.Show more
