Ship beds need up graded, I was expecting a more luxurious mattress like on the large cruise ships. Our bed was very hard and lumpy. Also information we were given stated soda, wine and beer provided at meals. I was disappointed in how hard it was and that during the day they wanted to charge for hot coffee and tea unless you went to another area and got it out of a machine. The quality was bad as every time we went there were many cups of weak looking stuff just sitting by the machine! Ship cruise director was not organized gave out confusing information. I did enjoy the villages but we did t have any free time other than 20 minutes to explore the culture

The two Collette guides were lovely but the guides that did the local tours were insensitive, rushed and somewhat rude.

I thought the accomodarions on Amadeus were excellent; so, too, the meals, housekeeping and service. All excellent. The excursions were less so--too rushed, poor guides, too crowded; not enough free time.

I was very disappointed in the food on the Amadeus. Ever day, lunch and dinner we were given a choice of fish or something else. The fish was over cooked or looked as though it had been sitting out for some time. Not fresh. We were expecting more local foods, snitzel, brockwurst, and others.
