Itinerary
- Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Leave Arusha early and drive out to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. You'll see large elephant herds moving across the landscape, and the ancient baobab trees are scattered throughout the park in ways that make the scenery quite distinctive. The wildlife variety keeps you engaged throughout the day as your guide navigates the different areas. By evening, you're settled in at a lodge or campsite near the park boundaries.

- Day 2
Tarangire to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Head from Tarangire toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, then descend into the crater itself for game viewing. The crater floor has its own ecosystems, and you'll have chances to spot the Big Five along with plenty of other wildlife. The drive into and around the crater takes up much of your day. After that, you head to your overnight accommodation positioned on the rim, which gives you nice views as the sun sets.

Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara and Return to Arusha
Start this morning with a game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, where tree-climbing lions sometimes rest in the acacia branches and bird watching is particularly good. After a few hours there, you'll begin the drive back toward Arusha in the afternoon, wrapping up your safari experience.
