You'll arrive in Reykjavik and get settled into your hotel. An optional airport transfer can take you from the airport to the city, or you can arrange your own way depending on what works best for you.

Reykjavik
Spend the day walking through Reykjavik with a local Viking guide who knows the city well. You'll see Harpa Concert Hall, check out Reykjavik Harbour, and visit Hallgrímskirkja Church along with Reykjavik Pond. The guide will teach you some Icelandic language basics and share where locals actually like to go.

Golden Circle
This is the Golden Circle day. You'll watch the Strokkur geyser shoot up about every 8 minutes at the Geysir geothermal area, then see Gullfoss Waterfall drop into a 32-meter canyon. After that, head to Thingvellir National Park to learn about the tectonic plates running through Iceland, and finish by the volcanic crater lake Kerið.

Blue Lagoon & Northern Lights
Start with time in the Blue Lagoon's mineral-rich water, then return to Reykjavik for dinner. Later that evening, you'll head out with an expert guide to hunt for Northern Lights. If they're not visible (which happens late April through late August), you'll spend more time enjoying the Blue Lagoon's spa facilities instead.

Snaefells Peninsula
Head out to the Snaefells Peninsula. You'll see Mt. Kirkjufell and the waterfall Kirkjufellsfoss, walk across the black sand at Djúpalónssandur Beach, and check out the dramatic Lóndrangar pinnacles. Before heading back, take time in the charming harbor village of Arnarstapi.
