I had the best time exploring Japan with Yuya as my guide—she was absolutely fantastic. From day one, she made everything so fun and interesting. Yuya really knows her stuff and shared so much about Japan, history, and everyday life in a way that was super engaging and easy to connect with. She took us to some amazing spots—some well-known, others totally off the beaten path—and always made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. I never felt like just a tourist—thanks to Yuya, I felt like I was experiencing Japan with a friend.

I worked with Phoebe from UME travel. Her was awesome and answered all questions promptly. Kept me abreast of what next steps would be. We had a fabulous trip to Japan, traveling with our daughter who has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair. We had no problems , everything went as planned. All of the guides and drivers we had were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Upon our return we keep letting everyone that asks about our trip that without a doubt we made a great choice and would use Phoebe and UME travel again without thinking twice! Mahalo from Hawaii

This trip was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Not only because of the incredible places we visited and the people I met who I can now call dear friends. But because our group leader Anna was not only an excellent leader but also a friend to all of us . She made this trip exceptional for us. She took care of each one of us, making sure we had all we needed , we felt safe, we had any questions, she was well prepared for every single stop in our itinerary. She even made sure each one of the group made It back home safe too. I couldn’t be any more thankful and happier to have gone to this trip, met all these amazing people and have gotten her as our group leader/ friend Thank you UME Travel .

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 5th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 5th, 2025, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
