Itinerary
- Day 1
Mexico City
You'll land in Mexico City and get transferred to your hotel, giving you the rest of the day to relax and shake off travel fatigue. Around 7pm, head down for a welcome dinner where you'll meet the rest of the group before things officially kick off tomorrow.

- Day 2
Mexico City
This morning starts with a guided tour through Mexico City's historic centre, walking through Aztec and Spanish Conquest history. You'll see the Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo, then the afternoon opens up for you to explore on your own (museums and mariachi performances are options). By evening, you'll gather for a traditional Mexican dinner and show.

Mexico City to Puebla to Oaxaca
After leaving Mexico City, you'll head to Puebla, a colonial town ringed by four volcanoes and famous as the birthplace of Cinco de Mayo. You'll have time to look around before grabbing lunch, then it's on to Oaxaca for the night. Once you settle in, the local bars and restaurant scene are yours to explore.

- Day 4
Oaxaca
You'll spend this day walking through Oaxaca's traditional markets and checking out local cathedrals. The evening's completely free, so head out for drinks or catch anything you missed earlier in the day.

Oaxaca to Tehuantepec
Start with a laid-back morning in Oaxaca, browsing local shops if you want. Later you'll visit a nearby valley to meet a local family and see how they hand-craft textiles, then stop by a traditional mezcal distillery for a tasting. You'll wrap up by heading to Tehuantepec for the night.

Tehuantepec to San Cristobal de las Casas
Begin early with a boat journey through the Canyon of Sumidero, where you'll see waterfalls, jungle, and hopefully monkeys and crocodiles. From there you'll travel into the mountains to San Cristobal de las Casas, a charming colonial town. There's a short walking tour, and you can join a pottery class if you're interested.

Zinacantan - San Juan Chamula - San Cristobal de las Casas
You'll visit a local family in Zinacantan, then head to San Juan Chamula to explore its unique church. Back in San Cristobal de las Casas, you'll have free time to wander the cobblestone streets, check out markets and churches, grab some Chiapas coffee, and try Pox, a traditional local drink.

San Cristobal de las Casas to Cancun
You'll leave San Cristobal and head to the airport for an included flight to Cancun on the Yucatan Peninsula. The evening's free once you arrive, so you can explore or rest up.

- Day 9
Cancun to Isla Holbox
Today you'll take a ferry to Isla Holbox, a tropical island north of the Yucatan with white sand beaches, clear waters, and laid-back villages. After settling into your place, spend time relaxing on the beach or catching the sunset with a cold drink.

Isla Holbox
You'll head out on a boat tour looking for pink flamingos and checking out hidden island spots, plus exploring a local cenote. In the afternoon, kick back in a hammock. Later, there's a BBQ dinner right on the beach.

Isla Holbox to Playa del Carmen
You'll return to the mainland and check into your last hotel in Playa del Carmen. There's plenty of time to hit the famous beaches, check out the bar scene, and eat your way through the local taco options.

Playa del Carmen to Chichen Itza to Playa del Carmen
You'll head out to Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. With a local guide, you'll explore the Temple of Kukulkan (El Castillo), the Platform of the Skulls, and the Plaza of a Thousand Columns. Later you'll swim in the crystal-clear waters of a natural limestone cenote.

You'll visit Tulum, a popular destination with an archaeological site and pristine beach. After exploring the ruins and the water, you'll head back to Playa del Carmen for a final group dinner and drinks with everyone you've met, trying local food and maybe a tequila shot or two.
