- ZZac· May 8th, 2025This trip is an incredible way to experience the highlights of what Mexico has to offer. The first half is a great introduction to all the incredible culture, people, food and everything in-between of this beautiful country (I guarantee you’ll fall in love with Oaxaca… and everywhere else of course) whereas the second half in the Caribbean is a lot more laid back with beach time, cenotes and of course a visit to Chichén Itzá. Ceci is an absolute legend, her passion and excitement for all the incredible things Mexico has to offer was contagious and for me elevated the trip to an even higher level. If you’re wanting to visit Mexico then you absolutely have to do this tour, it’ll be the best decision you ever make 🇲🇽❤️.Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- YDYsaline· May 7th, 2025I would highly recommend the VivaMexico intro tour! The first week is a lovely introduction to the Mexican culture with walking tours, visits to a local textile family, market visits & mescal tasting and the second week is more relaxed with some more beach time. The highlight for me was visiting a family near San Cristobal for some freshly made breakfast. Ceci was an amazing tour guide, she made everyone feel really comfortable and made the long drives go by faster with podcasts, games and music.Show moreTrip date: April 2025
- SZSandra· May 7th, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishMexico intro is great. In the first week you learn all about the culture, meet friendly people, explore colorful cities and eat a wide variety of Mexican dishes. In the second week you go to the beach to relax. The excursions to the cenotes are particularly special. Recommended for anyone interested in traveling who enjoys company while getting to know new places.Show moreTrip date: April 2025
- Michelle· April 17th, 2025This trip was amazing, you get a good.mix of culture, and chill time. There is alot of travel but it is worth it. - GGraceMordey· April 17th, 2025I loved this tour!! Ceci was an incredible tour guide, with a real passion for sharing her beautiful country with us, and dealt with my million questions amazingly! The trip is a fantastic mix of culture, adventure and chilling on a beach or living the island life. I can’t recommend the trip enough. If you’re considering it, take my advice and take the plunge! You will not regret it! My highlights include swimming in 2 stunning Mayan cenotes, making tortillas with an indigenous family and swimming in the Caribbean ocean from Isla HolboxShow moreTrip date: April 2025
- MNMaddison· March 29th, 2025This tour was packed full of activities, experiences, and travel to different places I never would have seen or done if I traveled here by myself. Mexico was absolutely beautiful and learning about the different cultures and ways of life is something I’ll never forget. My group leader Ceci was so proud to share her country with us and she made the trip what it was. She’s was the best, hands down. Ceci kept us informed, supported, and entertained, and she instantly made it feel like we were traveling with a friend instead of a tour guide. I loved our little family so much and the surprises along the way. I will definitely book another trip with Intro, especially if Ceci is the group leader!!!!Show moreTrip date: March 2025

Traveler•Written April 2025How does it work for the return flight? Would that be from Cancun since the Tour ends there? And what day/time would you recommend? Would there be a Transfer to the Airport?
- INTRO TravelOperator•Written April 2025
The Viva Mexico tour finishes in the beautiful palm-lined, tropical beach town of Playa del Carmen. If you're staying on longer in Playa del Carmen, or if you're going onto any other destination in Mexico, then don't worry, your group leader will help you organise all your onward and transport for you if not already pre-booked. If you're just doing our tour then going home, the closest airport to Playa del Carmen is Cancun International Airport. It's a simple 1 hour journey by taxi, which will cost around $30 USD. Alternatively, there are buses that go directly to the airport that cost around $10 USD (these leave every 2 hours from 5:00am to 8:00pm). We can organise this for you in Mexico.
- INTRO TravelOperator•Written April 2025
On our Mexico trips we can have up to 16 people so a great group size.

Asked on December 27th, 2024Can I get my own room? Some of the reviews mention your transport, did you improve your transport? How long are the journeys? What's the longest?
- INTRO TravelOperator•Written December 2024
We can certainly look into the possibility of a private room for you. However we do room you with someone of the same gender and try our best to room you with someone of a similar age. Group Members are in their hotel rooms for a very limited time throughout the trip, as there are activities most days and things planned most evenings. We have made some amazing improvements to this tour which has reduced our travel time including an internal flight!

Traveler•Written December 2024What would be the supplement for own private room?
- INTRO TravelOperator•Written December 2024
For a private room it would cost an extra $1050 USD. If you need any other currency please let us know and if you still want to go ahead with a private room let me know and I can check availability for you.

- INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025
For Mexico the full cost with a private room is £2899 and for Central America 18 day it is £3299 and you may not be able to have private room during the Tecanago Volcano trek, as this is dependant on availability.
