Bangkok
Start this morning by cruising through Bangkok's centre on a long-tail boat, passing by riverside neighbourhoods and floating markets where you'll see how locals actually live. Next you'll visit several temples throughout the city, checking out their intricate carvings and golden statues. Later, hop in a tuk-tuk and ride through the bustling streets, then head out to experience Bangkok's nightlife scene by evening.

Bangkok to Khao Sok
Begin with an authentic Thai cooking class where you'll learn to pick out fresh ingredients and work through traditional cooking techniques. Later that afternoon, you'll board an overnight train heading south. As the train moves, Thailand's landscape shifts from Bangkok's busy cityscape to peaceful countryside with rice paddies, small villages, and winding rivers below you.

Khao Sok
You'll arrive in Khao Sok and take a long-tail boat through towering limestone cliffs to reach a pristine freshwater lake. Check into your floating bungalows for the night. Today you'll travel to the island of Koh Phangan, which is famous for its Full Moon parties and offers nice beaches, lush jungles, and quiet lagoons. Get settled into your beachside bungalows, unwind by the pool, and watch the sunset before heading to a beach party in the evening.

Koh Phangan
