Our tour guide Peter was well informed, kept us in schedule, was knowledgeable of the area and was entertaining and pleasant. The hotels were very nice, clean and comfortable and in great locations offering additional opportunities in foot. Our drivers knew their arwas and did well navigating through setours and blocked roads. The driver that took us to the airport was instrumental in us getting to the correct terminal and ticket counter. We were very impressed with the Globua go app. Loved having everything at our finger tips and Jot needing to carry around a kit of documents. Excellent offering, thank you. Although we had prepaid transportation from Heathrow to London the Globus agent was not there and we waited 1 and 1/2 hours and finally took a taxi to the hotel. We hope to be reimbursed for that. My husband was in a wheel chair with back issues and all transportation was helpful even though my brother in law pushed him throughout the journey. Both hotels were comfortable though the second wasn't especially wheelchair accessible and a few things didn't work in the room. It was my husbands first time in London and Paris and we saw the highlights with your tour. We stayed extra days to see other things and would have liked to get to the Louvre and Versailles but that was extra and was booked. We were scheduled to go to Giverny but had to cancel that and I was sorry as I wanted my husband to see that since in 2001 our daughter had been an artist in residence there and I had had the chance to see it.
