- Day 1
Budapest to Timisoara
Meet your guide in Budapest and head into Romania. After you cross into Arad, there's time to walk around this culturally rich Transylvanian town and see its architectural highlights like City Hall Palace, Palace of Culture, Red Church, Roman Catholic Church, and State Theatre. From there, you'll continue to Timisoara for your overnight stay.

Timisoara to Sibiu
Start the day with a walking tour of Old Town Timisoara, a vibrant city that shows off its Turkish and Austro-Hungarian architectural influences. You'll then head to Corvin Castle, one of Europe's largest Gothic castles, and have time to look around on your own. Later you'll travel to Sibiu for a guided walking tour of its charming Old Town and cultural landmarks before settling in for the night there.

Sibiu to Bucharest
You'll start early and travel toward Bucharest, stopping to visit Transylvania's most famous castles along the way. First there's Bran Castle, known as Dracula's Castle, a 14th-century fortress with deep historical roots. After that, you'll stop in Sinaia to see Peles Castle, a beautifully preserved 19th-century royal residence. Then you complete your journey to Bucharest for the night.

Following breakfast, you'll transfer to Sofia, Bulgaria's vibrant capital. There's a stop in Veliko Tarnovo, the former capital of the Bulgarian Empire, where you can grab lunch and spend a bit of time looking around. Then it's on to Sofia where you'll check in, and you'll have free time to explore the city at your own pace before the evening.

- Day 6
Sofia to Thessaloniki
Breakfast comes first, then you'll take a guided tour that explores Sofia's rich cultural heritage. You'll visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, a monumental symbol of Bulgarian Orthodoxy, the historic St. Sofia Basilica, National Art Gallery, and the Presidential Palace. Later you head toward Greece, stopping at Rila Monastery in the Rila Mountains to see its intricate frescoes and Byzantine architecture before arriving in Thessaloniki for the night.

You'll have free time around Aristotales Square until lunch, and then it's on to the UNESCO-listed town of Meteora where you'll stay for the night.
