- Sue· February 17th, 2020The most wonderful experience! The land based element was very full on, so that made having most afternoons free on the river cruise element a nice relaxing time. All of the excursions were excellent, although I don’t think that visiting the orphanage children at Mother Theresa’s refuge was appropriate. The staff were all utterly superb & really couldn’t do enough for their guests. I would totally recommend this holiday, however, if booking from the UK beware of using TourRadar! I asked repeatedly if the holiday they were selling would be exactly the same as I would book if I went directly through Avalon, & they said yes. It wasn’t! No airport transfers or gratuities included, so my holiday cost me more than it would have done if I’d booked directly through the Avalon UK website, as TourRadar booked it with the Avalon US! Shame on TourRadar for misleading your customers!!!Show more
