Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin
You'll arrive in Dublin and head to your hotel to settle in. The rest of your first day is open, so you can take it easy or start wandering around the city. Dublin's got that mix of old history and new energy that makes it feel alive, so there's plenty to check out whenever you're ready.

Dublin
After breakfast, you'll hop on a panoramic bus tour that lets you get on and off whenever something catches your eye. There's an audio guide available in 8 languages if you want more background on what you're seeing. Along the way, stop at local pubs to try traditional Irish food like lamb stew, a full Irish breakfast, or boxty, which is a type of potato pancake.

You've got the whole day to yourself in Dublin. Head to the Custom House or Dublin Castle, or walk through Phoenix Park if you want some green space. If you're up for getting out of the city, Dublin Bay has coastal walks and mountains to explore. Shopping and traditional pubs are great options too, or you could do some hiking and coastal walks if you're feeling more active.

After breakfast, you'll transfer to Dublin Airport and fly to Edinburgh. Once you land and get to your hotel, the day is yours. Edinburgh's Scotland's historic capital, and there's plenty to see, but take it at your own pace and don't feel rushed on your first evening here.

- Day 5
Edinburgh
You've got time to explore Edinburgh and see the castle, which sits on top of a volcano that's been extinct for 700 million years. It gives you real insights into Scotland's medieval past. Wander through the city's old streets, walk around, and you'll get some great views from up there and around the historic areas.

Edinburgh
Another free day in Edinburgh, so you can go in different directions depending on your interests. If you want to venture further, there are optional trips to the Scottish Highlands, Loch Ness, and Glencoe Valley. Or you could do a whisky tasting experience instead. If shopping's more your speed, look for traditional quaich cups or Scottish tablet sweets to bring home.

Edinburgh to Inverness
After breakfast, you'll take the train to Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. It's a good journey through some nice scenery. Once you arrive, the afternoon is free, so you can start getting familiar with this city, which blends historic heritage with modern amenities. It's a good base for exploring more of the Highlands when you're ready.

- Day 8
Inverness
You can walk around Inverness and see Inverness Castle, the cathedral, and the River Ness. Check out the Old High Church too. The city's known as Scotland's Happiest City, so there's something about the place that feels good. If you're interested in folklore, you might keep an eye out toward Loch Ness, though the monster remains pretty elusive.

Inverness to Edinburgh
