Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin
You'll arrive in Dublin and get settled into your hotel. At 2:30pm, meet up with your Local Specialist for a guided tour that takes you through St. Patrick's Cathedral and Trinity College. Later in the evening, head out to explore Dublin's pub scene around Temple Bar or Grafton Street and grab some food and drinks.

Dublin to Killarney
Travel through County Cork toward Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the famous Blarney Stone if you want. From there, continue on to Killarney, which will be your base for the next two nights. It's a nice drive through the countryside, and you'll have time to settle in and maybe walk around town.

Ring of Kerry
This morning you'll take the Ring of Kerry scenic drive, one of Ireland's best routes. The drive passes through mountains, lakes, and green rolling countryside. You'll stop at Daniel O'Connell's home in Cahirciveen, the fishing village of Waterville, Moll's Gap, and the Black Valley, which was the last area in Ireland to get electricity. By evening, head to a local restaurant for dinner.

Cliffs of Moher
Head out to the Cliffs of Moher, which are UNESCO-listed and drop steeply into the Atlantic Ocean. The interactive visitor centre has good information about the area, and you'll have plenty of chances to take photos. Keep an eye out for wildlife along the Wild Atlantic Way as you explore.

Cliffs of Moher to Donegal
Travel to Westport for a quick orientation of the town. Then head north toward Donegal, a town that sits near one of Ireland's three fjords, Lough Swilly. You'll stay the night in Donegal and have time to check out the area.

Donegal to Belfast
On your way to Belfast, stop in Derry/Londonderry for a locally guided tour about the town's history and the impact of the Troubles. After that, visit the Giant's Causeway to see the 40,000 basalt columns that go down into the sea. You'll have dinner at a local restaurant in the evening.

Join your Travel Director for an orientation of Belfast, including views of the historic murals that show the city's past and a look at City Hall. After that, the rest of the day is yours to explore on your own and see what interests you.

Belfast to Dublin
