I really enjoyed listening to her stories about the past, jokes and folklores. She was attentive to our needs and provided great support when needed. Our driver Mark, was warm, friendly and kept the coach meticulously clean. I was disappointed with the choice of many of the hotels. Some were too far away from local service, which limited our choices for meals, entertainment and shopping.Others were tired and in need of a good clean and updated furniture. We particularly liked the hotel in Tralee, it was in the centre of town and the receptionists had exceptional customer service skills. It is a pity that there are no more strategies in place to prevent illness spreading through the coach. I would suggest that the company take it upon themselves to introduce the use of sanitisation, and mask wearing in the bus once a person is detected as being ill. If you will bring a small service dog, we will have to request this with our operations team first. Once you have confirmed a tour with us, we will send a form that you need to fill out and send back to us. The good thing was you could arrange your visit to the said places at your own on your free time. We checked the tour departing 20-Apr-2025, and regrettably, a visit to Guinness Brewery and Distilleries is not included or offered as an optional experience.

We have triple rooms wherein three travelers are roomed together on tour, however, triple rooms are suitable for two adults and one child (three adults may find rooms too small as they often have one double and one foldaway bed and limited suitcase space).
